I tried your semolina bread that I picked up at a local farm stand in Harding, New Jersey . I was a little disappointed in the bread and it did not remind me of classic semolina. The bread was dense, dry and lacked flavor. I would consider looking at your salt levels to improve flavor, and even increase your fermentation time to improve texture. I have also had breads like this where the dough piece was refrigerated prior to proofing to improve crust and yeasty flavor notes . I'll try the bread again but please try to fix this .

They have some of the best bread I have ever had. I stopped in for the first time ever a week ago with my fiance and we got a decent selection of an assortment of bread and rolls in their case and they were all fantastic. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly. This place is about 15 miles from my house and I'll happily drive to get bread.

Absolutely fantastic high quality bread and rolls!...

Absolutely fantastic high quality bread and rolls! Large selection of breads and rolls baked fresh daily. Super friendly staff too plus plenty of parking off street. Very reasonable prices for the very high quality of the breads. Also have fantastic tomato focaccia bread. Arrive early it sells out fast. Worth the trip to the bakery itself for the full selection of breads if you don't purchase at one of several local Pittsburgh markets that carry their products.

Highly recommended!

Breadworks bakery not only has the most delicious bread in Pittsburgh, but they also have integrity. Please don't be fooled by the negative, yet childish reviews in regards to removing sponsorship to KDKA radio. They have a job to do, make good bread, and advertise it for all people to enjoy. Unfortunately one of the shows was inappropriate and does not meet standards. They did what was best. Do not let that change the fact that the bread is delicious. Hatred shouldn't be tolerated.

This is the place you want to go to buy bread for the holidays or for special meals. Bread works bread is sold throughout Pittsburgh but you are buying it right out of the oven here. The only drawback is the parking lot which can get crowded. You can place orders and that is advisable if you want to make sure that a certain type of bread is there when you are at the store.

This bread is just fabulous!!! I always wind up eating it while driving out of the city. Its smell is so tempting. I also love the fact that at end of business day, they donate remaining bread to shelters, etc. Good people.
They finally accept debit cards if order is over $10.00. I love that.

The bread makes the sandwich, and we come here as often as possible to get the best bread in western Pennsylvania. It s cash only, so come prepared. The prices are reasonable and the staff very polite and helpful. Extra bread is donated to area charities, so they re doing good in the community as well. Can t speak highly enough of the product here!
