COVID safe visit to get my mammogram. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
We never have a issue. The staff is always nice and friendly and very courteous. I only feel like they need more stations to check patients in. And maybe a dedicated crew for X-rays that doesn t do the ER. We spent a lot of time on our last visit. It was not a horrible or bad experience just long.
i went to the er because i had difficulty of breathing , i was showing signs of asthma and they plain out told me i had to wait 2-3 hours to even be seen by a nurse. i told them i felt like passing out and if there was anyway i could be seen a little quicker then what they estimated the time to be. they plain out told me that there was nothing they could do and that if i wanted to be seen i had to wait. i dont know why i keep giving this hospital chances. i will no longer come here for anything anymore. the nurses are just plain out rude and do not seem to care about what i had going. Great way to treat a patient.
This was the worst hospital registering ever!!! Was there 2 hours before I was registered for a X-ray, one lady was working while the others were on the phone laughing n play. The waiting area was over crowded with nowhere to sit and one of the agents went on break after the1st patient.. They were rude when asked a question.. I ve tried to contact administrator but Unsuccessful please do not go there!!!!
Surprisingly a very positive visit. The screener checked me in and gave good directions. I did not have a long wait since I was directed directly back to the radiology desk for registration. The ladies at the desk were friendly and professional. The radiology mammogram tech was professional and engaged. I could not have asked for a better visit.
Best hospital I have been in. They are so fast in admitting patients in moreover. Friendly staff. And very very professional. Thank you for all your help.
I have a very positive experience in getting my mammogram taken at St Luke s hospital. Everyone who I spoke to from registration to service itself was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
arrived @9:00am only to wait an hour and a half to be called to check in.
Turns out that they called my name and someone else got up to go to the window.
They didn t even call the last name loudly, so after waiting a bit longer and watched people that came in after me go ahead, I absolutely lost it, I was sitting in a wheelchair so I had to try to walk over to the window to find out they crossed my name off the list.
TERRIBLE system, they need to speak up or give out a device that notifies you it s your turn.
It was so noisy 1 person listening to biblical sayings on her phone without turning down the volume and a guy listening to piano music, which that you have the lady at the front desk saying Baby you need to sign in with her.
Worst day ever!. They need to reopen the back entrance again to the imaging section, because this is not working.
No hospital beds were available for my admission; so I had to stay in the ER. The nursing staff did everything they could to make me comfortable!
Best Hospital
My son has been in this hospital 3 times and has always received the best medical care.
Doctors and nurses are very attentive and care about their patients. As busy as they are especially during this pandemic they are absolutely the best . I know that my son is in good hands with them. I give them 10 stars . They have saved my sons life 3 times , and I feel so blessed for having such a great medical facility.and the best doctors , nurses and the whole staff . They go above and beyond for their patients. Love you guys and God Bless you all , keep up the good work
