I went online to Adesa Brashers Auto Auction in Rio Linda, Ca. It was not very informative to say the least. The info was not very helpful at all. Maybe it was not what i was looking for, or it was not put together the right way. The Auto Auction has a good reputation but i found the website phone app not cool.
Bought a vehicle, almost happy until I don t receive the title. After so many attempts they were able to receive from seller then I eventually got it after paying $404.
Second car and last one I ll be buying from here. Never making a mistake again
very disappointing with Adesa Brashers Rio Linda, cant never get hold of security after office hrs to verify gate pass , seems like they just ignore the phone calls, this happen at list on 6 different occasions however Adesa tracy is complete opposite never had problems with them,

Bad customer service...as a dealer that has been come to this auction for 30years.. even the employees are unhappy...they fired or "let go"all 20hr people and hired 10hr ones to save them money ..this auction cares about the big dealer not the little ones that show up every week spending our own money ...
There is something to say about a family ran business when the auction changed hands its been going down hill ever sence... sad to say! Corporate people are out for one thing MY WALLET!
Beware... this place will cripple you if you let it!
