Ugh where do I start. Poor planning and communication with other trades. Instead of taking the blame for their mistakes, supervisors "pass the buck" and blame other people. Their supervisors do not work along side their employees. Even if they are behind on a project, I've noticed most of the supervisors (there are exceptions) won't put tools in their hands and get the job done. Overall I think they have too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They only look out for themselves, and are not interested in coming together with everyone else for the greater good. I've never been employed by them, so they might be a good company to work for, but they are not a good company to work with. There are much better companies out there that are not so selfish.

Terrible place to work - too many layoffs when work is booming and their reputation is getting around town fast with their competitors. The issue is with upper management (Supervisors) constantly laying the blame on employees beneath them for their own mistakes. Many do not know how to properly manage manpower and there's always, always a lack of materials in order to meet important deadlines (Project Management Issue), not the workers problem. There's a big lack of communication and upper management cannot seem to oversee that Supervisors are laying off good workers for no good reason other than to lay the blame on someone else completely undeserving of losing a job. Shame on them.
