Terrible place to work - too many layoffs when work is booming and their reputation is getting around town fast with their competitors. The issue is with upper management (Supervisors) constantly laying the blame on employees beneath them for their own mistakes. Many do not know how to properly manage manpower and there's always, always a lack of materials in order to meet important deadlines (Project Management Issue), not the workers problem. There's a big lack of communication and upper management cannot seem to oversee that Supervisors are laying off good workers for no good reason other than to lay the blame on someone else completely undeserving of losing a job. Shame on them.
