This company is spoofing phone numbers. I had to act interested to get their real info .now I'm going to start calling them to see how they like it.
Update. I have an email from them saying they would stop calling me and they called me again. I promised I was going to sue them if they didn t stop. Now comes the lawsuit. I look forward to meeting them in court. It will be filed on March 7th.
Update 3-10-19. I filed a suit on 3-7-19 as promised. The court date is 4-22-19 at 8:30AM court room H10. Friday 3-8-19 I received a call from the AP about requesting a camera in the court room. The same thing happened against AT&T so I kept my media contacts and I've reached out so they can do another story. Look up "Matthew Spaccarelli AT&T". It's a good read. As this goes forward I'll be updating this review.
We used their one stop services for years and were able to get a digital presence up instantly at the same time track and promote our social presence. No need to run or manage websites and the design was quick and easy to change and update as needed. We regularly got positive feedback and were able to follow up and track interest in our business. We I would recommend and likely be using them again one day.
Really upsetting business so far. The sequence of events that has made me feel really used goes:
- I reached out to them from a friend referral and they were eager and responsive to sign me up. It was so easy to get a hold of them and talk to them during my lunches I felt comfortable signing up for their 3 month contract.
- 2 months in and the "website" they sold me on was GORGEOUS. The module they use to build it is practically you inputting EVERYTHING yourself. I went with them due to working a full time job, while being a mom to a toddler, and trying to grow my own business on nights and weekends. Let me tell you if that's your schedule, and even if they workout for you. Getting a hold of someone on your lunch break is so hard that they only respond once I send a nasty email trying to break contact and I seriously don't want to be that customer but for the last 4 months that's the only way to get a response.
- 3 months in my website is done and MEDIOCRE to say the least. I would've preferred the landscaping website they sold me on and you just slap on my business name than the ugly and run of the mill website I got that was $500 ( not including that subscription price I mentioned).
- right after I want to end the contract and they say I can't because the contract I signed was actually for 4 months even though me and the sales rep spoke for the minimal 4 months. Each month is $156 in the trash. So of course I'm upset because the contract was so long I didn't see the fine print where the wording I had just spoke to them about would be changed. The rep I'm speaking to about it offers me a discounted price for the next payments at $80. I have no other option because they say I have no option to buy out of my contract.
- 4 months I make my stupid payment that's just money in the trash and immediately email them in writing to cancel my subscription, with no response 4 times. I call on my lunch breaks and never get through before I get off. Call after work, they're closed, call on weekends their closed. I wake up today to a $156 charge that was serially my only earnings this weekend and I'm so mad THEY'RE TAKING THIS! Now to waste another week of lunches attempting to get a hold of them to GTFO of this money hole.
Never left many bad reviews but this is so infuriating I've wasted over $1k FOR NOTHING!!!! And they're still taking more! Brand rep I'm telling you more I'm coming for what you took for me!
