I love this place! I went in there for a Mother s Day present but didn t know what to purchase. The staff was so helpful in helping me find the perfect scent for my mom. I also ended up finding something for myself! I got two perfumes for the price of one at The Bay. Love this place!

I came across this store while I was looking for a perfume to buy for my mom. I was very impressed with the service provided. The owners are very professional, attentive, and welcoming. They are hugely passionate, and very knowledgeable! They gave me great advice on different perfumes and I ended up getting a Burberry perfume. My mom is a huge fragrance fan, and absolutely loves it :) They have a huge variety and collection of authentic perfumes at great prices. My absolute favourite store to shop for perfume/cologne, both individuals that work in the store provide exceptional customer service, very reasonable priced items and they offer free gift wrapping services which is the icing on the cake.

I was there today for my Christmas shopping, they are great. I loved their customer service and they literary have all the brands. I was looking for this one particular perfume everywhere and I only found it there. On top of that they wrapped my gift beautifully, I really appreciate that. This store has a variety of great brands perfumes for HIS and HERS, were other stores doesn't. Great authentic, genuine products. I have and still would be buying now and always. I went today to buy 2 Bottle of Swiss Army for my wife to give to a friend who requested it. I was in a bit of a rush so I quickly paid for the items and left the store. However, when I got home at gave my wife the 90.00 Bill she was upset. When I called the Shop the person a male said they don't do refunds but can exchange only. He then said I can give your a tester bottle and refund the difference. Just a minute ago he said no refunds. I said it was only 2 hours ago and the bottles are in the original packaging. I am saddened that a shop with such Variety and great comments on reviews didn't do the right thing today. They could have easily refunded me but chose not to. Lesson Learned.

Thanks for your reply. How do you deal with pricing issues. My wife said the exact same cologne is on sale at shoppers drug mart for 19.99 and its not a tester. Same 100ml. Thats a big difference from the 90.00 you charged me.

I believe the people given this perfume shop 3 to five stars either can't differentiate between 100% authentic perfume or they are friends and families of the owner. I saw the excellent reviews and went there last month to buy stuff over $250. What a waste of money. The Elizabeth Arden red door is complete imitation, did smell anything from what I usually purchase from the Bay and Shoppers drug mart.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went into this location today and saw that they had many so many cosmetics. The aroma was very sweet smelling of course but not too strong where you get a headache. I was especially surprised to find that they carried scents that are no longer carried by other major retailers like Shoppers and the Bay such as Jessica Simpson's Fancy collection. This was one of my favourite collections but because I haven't been able to find it in so long I forgot which one I liked most but Avneet was so helpful and patient, she spent the time opening the different ones and having me spray them and go outside of the store to smell them with fresh air to get a good smell because as she kept saying "I want you to be happy with whichever one you pick". I then noticed that she had the Juicy Couture Classic that also I was unable to find in other stores anymore and I was sold. Her prices were reasonable and she has full stock of classic scents and new ones as well. I am extremely happy that I stumbled upon this store. Thanks so much Avneet, see you again soon!
