I went today to buy 2 Bottle of Swiss Army for my wife to give to a friend who requested it. I was in a bit of a rush so I quickly paid for the items and left the store. However, when I got home at gave my wife the 90.00 Bill she was upset. When I called the Shop the person a male said they don't do refunds but can exchange only. He then said I can give your a tester bottle and refund the difference. Just a minute ago he said no refunds. I said it was only 2 hours ago and the bottles are in the original packaging. I am saddened that a shop with such Variety and great comments on reviews didn't do the right thing today. They could have easily refunded me but chose not to. Lesson Learned.

Thanks for your reply. How do you deal with pricing issues. My wife said the exact same cologne is on sale at shoppers drug mart for 19.99 and its not a tester. Same 100ml. Thats a big difference from the 90.00 you charged me.
