My wife and I went recently to have them insure our cars and homeowners insurance. The lady we had was not very nice and over quoted us for 2 vehicles by a $1000.00 and $400.00 on the home owners.
We have clean driving records and no claims. We went to another company and was quoted a lot less than these people. They were over insuring us by $1252.00. When we confronted them about the higher prices the lady told me that we should go elsewhere and hung up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLKS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I switched to B and W when I moved from NJ to MA because it was the easiest to go through Progressive and use the local agent. I bought a new car and expected my insurance to increase, but not by $2,000 a year. I didn't even get a call from my agent Carmine when this happened. When I called them to find out why it was such a large increase, I told her I would look for a new agency. Instead of explaining anything to me, Carmine said "thank you" and hung up on me! I have never had such terrible customer service. You don't treat people like that, so Braley and Wellington have lost my business. Needless to say I found the same policy for MUCH cheaper.
The employees not helpful, they have bad customer service ,
I asked them to get quote , they ask me to send them email they gave me wrong email 3 times
I wait over 4-5 hours for there call and no buddy call me and when I called them back to ask if they got the email , they said they get nothing , i asked if they can give another email or any cell phone number to send policy she's start be angry , and she said she can't help me more ,they looking they want to fighting, as like they do some thing free, i don't recommend any buddy to go there

These people are terrible they never return calls or email it's so hard to get of hold these people not only that I found out I was overpaying by $100
I have used them for years and never had anything but a great experience.
We have used them for commercial insurance and they have been excellent. They understood our business and our industry.Our rep Lyn was helpful and went out of her way to fulfill anything we needed
