I was tutored by three separate tutors for a little under a year. Aisling in particular was very considerate and made our sessions fun. Felt like I rapidly improved my math skills during both the actual sessions and the directed practice assigned in-between them. And Tasos really helped boost my academic confidence in general before heading off to college. Best tutoring company I've ever worked with.
The best tutoring company I have ever worked for! I always felt extremely supported with many awesome resources. They bend over backwards to accommodate families and have a huge success rate.
I had setup an appointment with brian trust tutors for my daughter . The lady who picked up the phone suggested a 45 minute session with the student to undetstand the needs to get a right fit tutor. On the day of appointment no one turned up at our place and after waiting for 30 minutes when I called up .. I was first given as excuse that someone had been trying to call me throughout the day .. next I was told that The session was not required and I can pay for 6 hrs upfront and the agency would pickup from 3-3 choices they have to tutor my kid without confirming who would be the tutor .. On asking that in case the tutor does not work for us or we don't like him would the agency be refunding rest of the money for unused hours .. and the person simply denied and started talking so rudely as if I am asking for free tutions .. I have not seen anyone so rude and that to in such a noble profession of teaching .. The agency just cares about money rather than satisfaction of the student and parents or the results .. please try to keep away ,,
I tutored for Braintrust for about a year and it was a great experience. As a tutor, I felt like I always had the best students. As weird as it sounds, it hardly felt like a job because I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend it.
By far best tutoring company in Raleigh. From middle school to college, they have been great at stepping in and helping when needed. For example, my son just completed his freshman year in college. He hadn t used tutoring since high school, but was able to text and set up reviews with his previous math tutor (Terry is awesome...PhD in math) to help him get ready for his calculus 2 final. I can t say enough positive things. They ve really been there for us when we ve needed them!
Our tutor, Nadia, did a great job with our son. She was just the right amount of "play" for him, yet managed to keep him on task for the whole hour. Our son was proud to show off some of his best schoolwork to her. We were delighted that BrainTrust was flexible and accomodating.
Braintrust was one of the best experiences I've ever had with tutoring. At the begining of my senior year of high school I knew I had to take the SAT and do better on it to get into a quality college. I wasn't a huge believer in tutoring but my mom said I had to do it. I got an english SAT tutor from Braintrust and my English SAT rose every single time I took it from 520 to 630. Now I'm at the college I wanted to go to and have a great scholarship. Could not thank you guys enough.
