Not only did they work with the insurance company directly to make sure the damage would be covered, but they also did the repair quickly and professionally, drove me home when I left my car there and dropped it off when it was finished but they also cleaned my car inside and out! 10/10 would recommend!

Thay are doing a quick and fantastic job my car looked like brand new after thay fixed it. And thay have very good customer service too.
Doug is the man! I've used a few places in the area and even though I didn't have a bad experience with them, I decided to give Bradley's a try and I was blown away! The customer service is outstanding considering it's a small shop. I don't know how Doug and his guy stay so friendly with all the work going on. Like previously posted they will literally walk you through the shop and show you how your car is doing. The best part is that DOUG IS HONEST! You don't have to worry about getting ripped off if you're paying out of pocket like I did. There's another place not too far away that quoted me more then double what Doug did. I guess they need to pay for that fancy customer waiting area and big shop. I'd rather have more money in my pocket than pay for someone else's renovation. Furthermore the job that Bradley's did was excellent, and it was a tough job at that. If you are looking for honest work at a fair price from a guy who knows what he's doing then come here!

My car was backed into by a truck at 10-15 mph. I thought it was totaled, but the driver of the truck offered to repair the car out of pocket. I chose Bradley's Auto based on recommendations from a few friends. The staff was courteous and quick to answer any questions I had about the process. They listened to all the concerns and requests I had including using original factory body panels, parts, etc. to make sure the car was the same it was the day it rolled off the assembly line. I stopped in several times over the course of two weeks to check on the progress and never once were they annoyed or bothered by my visits. Instead they walked me through the process, showed me what was going on at that stage and really made me feel comfortable that the car was going to be fixed right.
After two weeks, the car, which, again, I previously thought to be totaled, was back to brand new. Every minute little detail from the orange peeling of the clear coat in the engine bay to the way the paint dried on the radiator supports, the headlight bulb color, everything was thought of and made to look just like it did from the factory. To say my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement.
This is auto body repair done right. Highly recommended.
