Zehra did a great job handling the sale of my home in Melrose, MA. She came to the house right away. She was warm, friendly, understanding and responsive to our questions and concerns about the sale - re: sale expectations, time frame, staging, suggested prep. She hosted an excellent open house and showings . She was available/responsive until the papers were passed, which was a little uncertain due to covid, but we closed on time in April.

Zehra was then able to assist us in buying a condo in Porter Square. She met us for several viewings in Cambridge and followed through with all responsibilities and communications with the listing agent/sellers until papers were successfully passed again!

Mark helped me with my first house. Being a first time buyer I didn t know what I didn t know and the information comes at you like a fire hose! I had been looking around for awhile and not finding anything that matched my budget and needs. I initially didn t want to bother him with my first time ignorance but in hindsight I should have started with him. Funny how so many people you know suddenly want to be your broker because they just got their license. I had to tell a friend that I didn t want to be their guinea pig for my biggest purchase to date. I d much rather go with someone that s been in the biz.
After looking at a few together I stumbled across a house down the street from my apartment. I woke him up at the crack of dawn and told him to get me in!!! We saw it later that day and I think it was the sun coming into the back porch that sold me on it. It was a Cape style similar to the one I grew up in and I could see its potential. I told him to get er done . I didn t want to hear all the behind the scenes stuff or deal with the nitty gritty I just wanted to know when it was done. Even with a few bumps on my end we still got it completed pretty fast, or so my friend says. Her words, that was the fastest house purchase I ve ever seen! I very much appreciate how quick it went. It s not something I would want to spend lots of time on. I don t plan on moving but I did tell Mark that if I kick it first I will put it in my will that he can be the one to sell it again. Granted by then it will be a mini mansion.
The nice thing about working with someone that knows the area is I can still ask him for contacts to places like a dry cleaner, tub refinisher etc. It really helps to work with someone who knows people. At this point I would call him a friend and feel extremely comfortable referring him to anyone! I have very high expectations in efficiency and customer service and he meets them all with a smile. I want to also mention that there was never any condescension. I found that when you are learning an entire industry in a few months time from someone that does it for a career they often expect you to be up to speed overnight. This is common, rude, and a quick way to loose a client. Needless to say this was not Marks way of service. Call him first!

Andrea was incredible in the sale of our home. Selling our home during a global pandemic was a bit daunting but she made sure the process was incredibly smooth and we were very happy with the end results. All along the way she went the extra mile (and sometimes it felt like an extra 10 miles) to make the sale simple.
