I do not recommend when it comes to taking a loan for an apartment, first decisions are made in three months, they lose photos taken in the apartment, every now and then they change their minds when it comes to requirements, first there was no payment of own contribution and then after paying the third tranche of a large loan they stated that the earlier entry in the regulations on non-payment of contributions does not exist and that it never was. Every now and then they come up with something new when it comes to paperwork, signatures, you have to come to the bank several times, during which they do not even have all the documents ready and you have to wait half an hour for the signature from the honorable president, without whom you can not leave the bank. Total shock. It's good that I don't have an account with this bank anymore, total lack of organization even when handling basic ROR matters.

In my opinion, a very human approach to the client. Katarzyna, who is my adviser, quickly responds to e-mails and answers phone calls. I recommended to my friends a mortgage offer in this Bank because it is very competitive if someone does not want a million additional products but only a loan and an account. I like how Advisors recognize me and know right away that I am a client of Katarzyna. Everything can be dealt with efficiently without standing in long queues. The appearance of the customer service room is extra, I recommend everyone to look. The only thing I would improve is the electronic banking, but the branch has no influence on it.

Most of the staff do not speak any foreign language and send foreigners who came to exchange money: "go to the cantor".
Employees do not answer phones, do not reply to emails, or say "I had something for you to check (errors in electronic banking) and I forgot what" - so they do not call at all.
Employees (and rank-and-file managers) do not follow changes in the content of their own contracts. I was tried to convince me that the contract has a record that disappeared from the formula one and a half month earlier (with the entry of the mortgage loan act), so they do not know their own product.
They are surprised that someone wants to read contracted deals and do not prepare them before, generally a bit funny, a bit scary.
