Very unprofessional customer service - time stopped in the early 90s
Most of the staff do not speak any foreign language and send foreigners who came to exchange money: "go to the cantor".
Employees do not answer phones, do not reply to emails, or say "I had something for you to check (errors in electronic banking) and I forgot what" - so they do not call at all.
Employees (and rank-and-file managers) do not follow changes in the content of their own contracts. I was tried to convince me that the contract has a record that disappeared from the formula one and a half month earlier (with the entry of the mortgage loan act), so they do not know their own product.
They are surprised that someone wants to read contracted deals and do not prepare them before, generally a bit funny, a bit scary.
