The kids like it here , the programs are inexpensive. the only disappointment was the marge's camp trip. Was cancelled after one day at Fleischmans camp due to the Dixie fire. Now the beautiful area is on fire.

So much like the previous review this B&G club put me in the very same spot with No child care after giving my child the boot with NO notice. They care not about the situation this might put parents in. In the long run this B&G club will cost me over a thousand dollars plus the hundreds of dollars I lost for the week. Why you ask? Well with no notice and having to call in at work and getting written up for attendance they cost me at least $.50 per hour this next year. All for minor problems that could have been corrected but they are so politically correct here it's ridiculous. And after seeing not only photo's and video of the inner workings of classrooms you'll find that staff mostly sit and stare at their phones most of the day. Kids are basically allowed to do whatever they want with little supervision. As you can see by the response below they didn't even read what I actually wrote!
Really appreciate the club hosting the Martin Twins basketball camp July 10 and 11. I took Dante, the boy I've mentored since he was three. It was a weekend he'll never forget. Please thank Cody and Caleb Martin for the positive impact they made on the children.
Nicole (I think that's her name, long curly hair) was kind & helpful getting my two kids set up with membership, but other than that, the staff isn't welcoming when you enter, so you're just awkwardly standing in the lobby until they eventually acknowledge your presence, they take over 10mins to get your kid(s) from the back, they don't walk little kids to the back during drop off, they just expect kids under age 10 (including Special Needs) to just KNOW where to go and be unsupervised...??? Seems like an okay spot for kids to be at for an hour or two, but their lack of supervision is concerning to say the least.
Love love this program and so does our daughter. This is our first year and we are enjoying it very much. You just can't beat the cost everything is reasonable.
It takes them A WHOLE HOUR sometimes to find your kids, at the least 25 minutes and then they are rude to you in the mean time. I can t understand that.
Staff is very friendly and they are always very helpful. They work with you and answer your questions pretty well. They take pretty good care of the kids. I appreciate all their help.
