It was my first time that I went to the BFS store but also the last. The clerk was rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional! Worst experience ever!

Absolutely & LITERALLY the SHITTIEST bathroom I've been in in decades...I simply cannot believe the board of health has nothing to say about the men's room I just walked into.. Filth, piss, and feces everywhere.. And NOT because of vandalism.. You could plainly see it hasn't been attended to at all.. Unbelievable!

Don't go to the one on Jerry Dove Drive, went there this morning to use my pump perks card from Price Cutter was told invalid card!!! Cashier was rude and obnoxious was on her cell phone the complete time I was there. I had $2 off a gallon of gas but oh no "invalid card"

I really didn't know what to expect, not being from here, but I was extremely impressed with everything!! When we came in the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness, both inside and out. The fact that it had 3 places to get food in addition to the things the store itself sold was a HUGE plus, and the prices were better here than at most every other convenient store I have been to. The lady that rang us up was very helpful and friendly as well!! I would definitely go back here if I am ever in the area!!

Face masks should be required and the place didn't make a few people put masks on. They did there shopping and left with no mask on the entire time.

BFS Bruceton Mills Subway. This is the second time this month that I went in at dinner time to be told that they are out of bread . How can a sandwich shop operate without bread?!?

The employee Chris is always very polite and nice. Extremely helpful with anything I ve ever seen him asked about.

They overcharged me for what I bought I bought a phone cord and two pepperoni rolls which my total should have been 10 something now they charged my account 30. Haven't been able to speak with a manager but I plan too.

Store #93 in cheat lake. Clerk 1999 was amazing she was so nice and quick with service. Helped me find a new product they had. Very happy with with my service. She is a excellent employee will be coming back to this store!
