This is one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever had. Over $140 a night and it was dirty, the shower door was broken, the carpet look like a dog scratched up the edges, the walls had paint missing and gouges in them, the carpets were filthy and the entire experience was horrendous. I will never stay in this place again.

My wife and I took our youngest sons on a ski trip to Boyne Mountain and we had an awesome time! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool as well as the skiing! We loved the ease and convenience of Avalance Bay water park and the kids loved the park itself! Ski all day and then hit the water park! On site we had good food and choices of several restaurants - all very good for both us and the kids! Last but not least, we left a pair of kids skis behind. We just forgot them as we left. I contacted Ms. Peck at the front Desk. She contacted Mr. Plumb, the Director of Security and they found our lost skis and shipped them home. Cannot thank you all enough for a great trip with excellent customer service on top! Thank you Boyne Mountain!

Attended for a summer wedding. Great lodging, great employees and service. The only reason my rating isn't a 5 is because the outdoor pools were dirty. (I didn't see the indoor water park, but the outdoor pools had a lot of debris in them.) The lake was a nice location to swim though. It has a large shallow area to swim and on a hot day, it was refreshingly cool compared to the heated pools.

Great skiing option in Northern MIchigan. Well groomed, great time of year to go in early March as the weather was awesome, not too cold, but still snow on the ground and sun in the sky. Perfect combo. For intermediate or higher skiers, don't miss out on the Mr. Mole ski run. It is a blue run with hills and turns, but you can go full speed all the way down and it is super fun. My fav. Enjoy.

Room was recently renovated. Shower took over 4 minutes to get hot water. Toilet seal was new and leaked periodically causing a squeak. Easy to close the door and ignore. Stairwell was closed due to new stone being placed. Pretty as always. It rained. Price was great. Staff were amazing. Room was very clean.

This is one of the few times that I've gone in vacation and the entire family was able to participate in everything. I like that they have plenty of bicycles in just about every style including two types of E-assist bikes available. I chose the Fat Tire E-Assist Mountain bike we were able to cover much more ground during the one hour rental than we would've by pedaling alone. I actually didn't feel rushed it was about the time when I wanted to take a break anyway. Some say that rental is too expensive, but those who own real bicycles not purchased from a toy store also know that it's easy to spend $30 just getting your own bike ready for a trip.

Had a great time. Rooms were great and I loved the shower. We got a suite. Very roomy. Marble counter tops. Went to a restaurant called forty acres and it was quite a wait to get in , but the food was great.

I only stopped by for the penny collection machine, but from my pass through I noticed that it was a very nicely kept establishment and the staff was very apt to point me in the right direction of the machine. Nicely calibrated gears and a very uniform squish. Thanks for the memories!

When its not icy, its overcrowded, and sometimes its both. Other than that it was good. I'd probably be more inclined to recommend Nubs Nob if your going to go skiing near Traverse City, though.

We stayed for one night only and didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it certainly fit our needs. The beds we're comfortable and the room was large and spacious. Tons of tv channels to choose from, and everything was in good condition. The only thing I noticed was that there were few elevators that were all quite small, so it took a while to get up to our room when it was crowded.

To be honest, it was my second time skking in my life. This place was really so good for beginners they have learning classes for beginners and belt and easy lift. Perfect place for skiing. They also have very nice restaurants at this place...

Boyne Mountain Resort has the feel of a small Alpine village. There was no snow during my visit, but I can imagine how much nicer and cozy the village and amenities would be during the height of ski season. The facilities do feel a little dated, but is also part of the charm. The internet speeds around the grounds we're about 7.8mbs up and down.

We stayed only one night on our way through to another location, but we enjoyed our one night. Super clean and updated facilities. A lot to do during the summertime, and some of it free with room key (riding the ski lift)! The area is beautiful, and we will definitely stay at Boyne Mountain Resort when we come back to ski.
I gave 4/5 stars because we stayed only only night and didn't get to utilize the entire resort.

Our family had a great time, the accommodations were great, there was a lot to do and we felt as though the facility was clean and taken care of. Avalanche Baywas fun for our entire family but the water was cold. Our kids would end up freezing cold and wanted to go back to the room because they were so cold. We plan to do another family waterpark trip, but unfortunately won t return because of the water temperature.
On another note, the pool water temperature was perfect!
The water temperature was our only complaint, but enough of an issues to keep us from returning.

Excellent place to visit in the dead of winter. Featuring extremely comfortable rooms and public areas. The restaurant is reasonably priced with great food and an atmosphere that is child friendly but still sophisticated and great for romance. They even had live entertainment in the lobby for kids and parents. I don't ski but my family does and they love it. Two of our kids got slightly lost and the staff was awesome about helping the find their way back.

Defiantly plan on going back!

We stayed in Edelweiss, which is a great location if you are going to be on the slopes most of the day. No microwave or fridge, but rooms are clean. We brought a Chromecast to plug into the TV because there is free WiFi.

We are in one of the expensive log cabins with 7 people. It been such a disappoint. There is no wireless and we have 2 people that have to work. There is no tv and we have a six yo. The door nob fell off the bedroom door. We asked where the wood was and they told us they don't supply wood. (They do but we bought wood). Never again

It s kind of dated but totally charming. Expensive but hey, it s a resort and we only go over the holidays. Our family loves the resort and we ve gone five years for New Years. The water park is chilly, wear a swim shirt. Even parent like me have a great time in the water park!

Good signs to direct you around their little village.
They were super patient and helpful with people who had trouble getting on the lifts.
You are guaranteed a good time they have a wide variety of runs from mellow to you are not capable of making me try to go down that one.

We stayed in the hotel while visiting the waterpark. The hotel is top notch. They meet every request such as extra cots, late checkout (4pm) and fans, comfortable and clean rooms. The water park is so fun for all ages. We went on a weekend in november so not to bad as far being overcrowded. I would suggest going into town for food because the selection from the hotel restaurants were pricey.

We were woken up on Monday morning 8am by someone on our balcony dragging the patio furniture around. On our last day of vacation when our checkout time is 11am. They decided at 8am that they should be redoing the roof tiles. It is now 9:50 And they are still stomping on the roof. There are nails and roof tiles all over the ground around our condo. How are we supposed to walk to the car and bring our suitcases? When we called the front desk they offered us a late checkout . This is the worst customer service ever.

We visited in the summer and were totally impressed by the landscaping and how well maintained everything was. We rented a condo and enjoyed swimming, the beach, frisbee golf, feeding fish, Cornhole and a couple of the restaurans. It is a well contained venue for a large family gathering and is incredibly kid friendly.

Took family snow tubing. Snow was sticky. Not enough natural snow apparently. The kids weren t able to make it to the bottom of the hill without jumping off the tube and restarting. Would have been good for them to tell us that the conditions weren t good.

We stayed at the beautiful deciples ridge condos this summer, we rented the upper and lower unit (lower unit was owners suite). We had four couple's so eight all together and we had plenty of room to spread out. The upper level had 2 bedrooms and another loft bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, 1 had a jet tub, a kitchen and a living/dining room and a covered deck. It could sleep probably 10 people (5 queen sized beds) The lower unit had one large bedroom with a king sized bed along with a bunk bed, Along with a larger kitchen and living space. The bathroom was also very large with a stand up shower. The outside of the lower unit had a patio as well. Everything was fairly clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay here and was a great space for a large group of people. Only about a 5 minute walk to get to the main Lodge, pool, shops and restraunts

Great slopes and good lifts, but horrible customer service. Workers that gave out wrong information costed my family lots of extra money that we weren't ready to spend after making a long drive.

We here not to long ago, the kids love everything. The hint play- water area, the huge tub in the bedrooms. Only thing we found lacking is food ideas for children switch special
Food needs. I have a type one diabetic child there were very few options for her. Other than that we had a great time and can t wait to go back.
