This company donated meals to Spring Woods High School needy families during the Thanksgiving holiday. how awesome is that.

Free meals makes great PR they need to provide loyal customer service. They are not for the customer the homeowner or business owner they are 100% for their own interest and will do anything to mislead the customer they don't have a claim to file or to try to get a local adjuster to reject the claim. I had to find this out by accident I would never recommend them. Keep shopping. They kept telling me they couldn't find a better policy but that was a complete lie and I was told damage to my home wasn't covered but it should have been covered. I don't know what is wrong there but if you care about customer service and someone looking out for you this is NOT the company for you.

My company was a client of Bowen. They provided us with insurance. They refused to quote anything except the most expensive insurance companies. At a dinner party, one of the higher-ups at the company told me to my face (after a few drinks) that they were intentionally gouging us and abusing our relationship to make money off of us. We were assigned junior brokers who didn't know how to fill out simple paperwork and when they discovered we were looking at other brokers, they treated us like we were the wrongdoers and stopped doing their required actions as insurance brokers. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State of Texas Department of Insurance. If I can make one simple recommendation with Bowen, Miclette, and Britt it is to stay FAR AWAY from these scumbags.

called twice to get a fax, they faxed it incorrectly, called back again and got bounced around people then they all left for the day saying we were close.

Went for an interview that was at 2 and wasn't seen until after 3:30. The recruiter was Highly unprofessional. The pay and hours weren't what I was originally told. I would not ever want to work for a company like this.
