When you try to call to check on family there voice audimated system only gives you opstion for work purposes nothing to do with patience whatsoever.
Person who takes the insurance info in the ER was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. My dad still hasn t seen a doctor and it s been nearly 24 hours. He had a quadruple bypass a year ago and is still recovering. This is unacceptable.
