Boveri Realty Group Review

This review is challenging to write, not because of a bad experience, but because the agent I used is my Ex-Wife. Even though things between us didn't work, I wouldn't have considered any other agent. She showed me several places and drove me all around. I didn't realize how awesome she was until actually working with her as her client, she found me exactly what I was looking for in a new home. I will continue to use Stephanie as my agent in the future whether I relocate to a new apartment or decide to buy a place.

Nothing but high marks for Stephanie Thomas of Boveri Realty. Through an inheritance I came to own a home in Shawnee. Great place, but I was living out of the area, and without Stephanie s help, I d never be able to manage the place. Stephanie assured I had good renters, managed the lease, and took care of any maintenance needs. Stephanie worked hard so I didn t have to.
This year, opportunity to sell the house arose, and Stephanie was there to make sure that all the arrangements from pricing, to listing, showing, receiving offers, appraising, and closing the sale were in place. The home sold and made it through escrow in the briefest time.
Along with her real estate and property management skills, Stephanie knew me. She was aware of my limited time and availability. She knew my budget, and knew how I wanted to handle the property. She solved problems or had solutions in place before they happened.
I can t recommend Stephanie Thomas more highly. Terms like quality, efficiency, and professional are defined by her commitment to her customers. And most of all, it is a skill set she delivers with always an upbeat and positive attitude. Thank you Stephanie!

My wife and I worked with Crystal Bade. She was an absolute marvel and spent time to listen and understand our needs and wants for hour home. In the end we found the home that satisfied all of that and more and well within our budget. She was easy to work with and never pushy. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I would recommend Crystal and Boveri Realty a thousand times over.

I wouldn't recommend Boveri Realty to my worst enemy. While they were the only ones showing my apt (thus the only people in my apt besides my super-trusted contractor), the keys were lost. They absolutely refused to take responsibility and blamed me (despite me living half way across the country) and I had to pay to change the locks, in addition to them threatening to sue me for trying to get them to take responsibility for the locks. They promised to update me weekly about what's happening and NEVER reached out to me unless I asked what's happening (probably once every 2-3 weeks). I hired someone to clean the place before they started showings and Boveri Realty agents apparently left the place messy. IMO, they were extremely disrespectful to me and my property.

I have the emails of all this correspondence to back me up.

If you don't give a damn about your property, Boveri Realty is the way to go! If you do care about your property, I would go with just about anyone else.

Gabby is very knowledgeable about the downtown area and was very helpful in helping me find a place to rent. Will definitely use her again and recommend to all my friends.. Thanks Gabby!

My husband and I had the privilege to work with Crystal Bade within the Boveri Reality Group. This was my first time buying a home and Crystal was there for me every step of the way. She was always there to answer any question I had. Crystal gave us her honest opinion about the condition of the houses and the surrounding comps. Crystal was always available to show us a new home as soon as it came on the market.
