They provide veterinary compounding chemistry only, nothing for humans these days. This is what you can find out after several minutes of waiting on hold listening to musak and advertisements. It is not a coincidence that they are advertising medicine for cats.

Compassionate Compounding Company ! Frontline staff are nice to speak with. The behind the scenes Lab staff are dedicated professionals and the medication they reliably supply to my toy poodle Yvie is lifesaving. Thank you BOVA.

Great sea sick tablets the only thing that works for me Have tried all the other remedy's this one works I used it in big rough seas while fishing other fishermen went back to shore not me And I used to be that bad I would get sick on the jetty or in the club watching the sails in the wind

Bova have been so wonderful with information and the dispensing of my cats medication, they have fair prices and are super easy to deal with, their freight is always quick so don't let their location put you off as I'm in WA and get next day service.
Ella was particularly caring and helpful on my last phone call. I would recommend asking your vet about Bova medicines, it has made our life (and our beloved cats life) so much easier!

The quality of product provided is excellent and consistent and I have experienced no issues with the actual medication provided. My pet even likes the flavour (chicken).
Unfortunately I am lost for positive feedback when it comes to Customer Service. My order was incorrectly placed and the only way I can tell as there is absolutely no communication from Bova is by the incorrect amount appearing on my credit card. This has resulted in a 7 day delay.
Quality (which as always is fantastic) accuracy, accountability and transparency is what I value as a Customer.
