Hotel has good beach side view and the hospitality service is also good

Very impoverished property with many defects and poorly finished

Very bad hotel !!! Only location is good.
Room 235 paid per night and what do you get a subleased apartment complex. Not recommended!!! Rooms are more than dated and very small!

Friendly helpful staff but the rooms are very small the air and Temperatur in the hallways and the Lobby is hot and sticky because their is no AC.Otherwise it was ok the Location is great.

Spacious room very friendly staff . Everything thick in order. Less than 100 meters walking distance from the beach. Breakfast buffet was sufficiently supplied with fresh products such as watermelon, tomato, cucumber, yogurt and freshly cut fruit. Delicious coffee from freshly ground beans. Like again in the future.

The entrance looks great, when you come in, the dirty air meets you. Not to speak about the hotel rooms yet. The hotel rooms are small and warm, and not of this time, and it is incredibly expensive yet, booked through hotel room auction, fees, parking etc, it almost came to 400.00. Not a luxury room, but old-fashioned with dirty carpet, toilet that doesn't flush. Breakfast is scanty, I will never go there again.

Very nice rooms with a really copious breakfast, the location of the hotel could not have been better. Right on the beach promenade of Zandvoort.

It is next to the sea, local shops and restaurants. Customer service is very good, everyone is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is rich, if you book with an ocean view, the views from the highest floors are beautiful

Excellent hotel, nice room with good beds, wonderful shower, small fridge and warmly decorated with a nice seating area. Nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Absolutely great!

Great hotel beautifully situated on the boulevard. We had received an upgrade so that we had a room with a sloping sea view. Well cared for breakfast The hotel rooms are only downstairs so you will not be in the flat with a beautiful view. But great stay and we had a wonderful time at the seaside.

Very dirty old filed hotel the breakfast is not really good and for this price too expensive the carpet in our room is totally filthy the bathroom is totally run down desire for bathing you do not get in this bath the corridor is very cold and is built on the TV keeps going and does not work properly for 4 days 700 thank you..
P.s The staff is very friendly despite everything ..

My now ex and I were received extremely coldly. We wanted to go for a drink in the cafe on Sunday afternoon, after which we walked to the reception and asked where we could have a drink, the receptionist responded with the question 'what do you want' after I said that we would like to have a drink, she said this couldn't and the restaurant was closed. Kk thought she seemed very unlikable.

I will not quickly recommend people to go here for a drink or service.

Hotel inside beautiful than the sight of the outside (70s architectural sin) lets assume, staff very friendly. Had the suite on floor 13 ... view fabulous ... Facilities were OK ... but due to toilet was very old come down and in a 1sqm room without sink ... Breakfast good. Parking costs defy Suite (220 ) extra 15 ... all in all but OK ...

Zandvoort by the sea. Dated but the hotel gets an update. No bother.

Hotel is fairly old, but we had a new suite. This was nice and tidy with a beautiful sea view from the living room and from the small bedroom. View of the dunes and surroundings from the large bedroom. There was air conditioning and free WiFi, good beds and pillows. In the bathroom there was a shower and a large hot tub. The hotel restaurant was also updated and was beautiful. Here you could have breakfast with a view of the sea. Breakfast was good. Room next to us was not updated, that was something else .. we will definitely return if we are sure that we have a renewed room .

we had a super great apartment on the 14th floor - the location is perfect !!!

Room cold / draft, room door 1cm gap to the hallway.
Bathroom extremely cold, heat from the heater immediately pulls away from the door. Lampshade torn in the room, whirlpool bathtub dirty, lamp broken. Using the toilet slowly moves on the wall. Hallway extremely cold and in poor condition walls floor and cover partially damaged. Breakfast bad for the price, little choice lousy rolls. Parking fees overpriced. For the prices you have expected much more!

It is relatively expensive, but comfortable and, compared to some other hotels, also clean.
The hotel has a decent breakfast. Evening meals are also allowed in the hotel's own restaurant. The rest. Is on sushi, but also offers "normal" dishes. Z. b. Beef steak.
The receptionist greeted us in a very friendly and open manner.

Room service is actually also available. As well as a TV with German / English and Dutch channels.

Since we only stayed here for one night, I cannot comment on the "long-term use"; However, nothing stands in the way of visiting this hotel for one night. Any time.

What else comes to mind:

The beds are a little too soft for me personally. But it could also be because they are already through.

The close proximity to the beach alone is worth checking in here.

Beautiful location. Excellent breakfast and room. Busy with renovation, not bothered at all. For a night or 2 great hotel to stay.

The house has a spent 70s flair. A simple concrete bunker without any charm. Pretty expensive, but still with basic amenities. The staff is hard-working, but sometimes quite haphazard. Will not book there guaranteed!

Rooms are complete, nice shower and beds. Delicious breakfast.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever had a nice whirlpool bath but does not work. Cleanliness just ok. The floor see photos. The building is in poor condition. Stair behind reception seemed to break under me.

The two pluses: very central + sea view. Very old, no longer up-to-date .... price-performance ratio, does not work at all ....

The staff is very friendly and open.
The room is tidy with good beds, bath, shower, toilet, soap, shower cap and towels, TV, fridge, kettle to make your own coffee and tea. (everything is ready!) You can walk straight from the hotel into the sea, shorter is not possible!
Parking can also be cheaper if you park your car outside the site, there are enough places and you can park for free between 8 pm and 10 am! We have not eaten there, so we give no opinion about it

Nice room on the 7th floor at the rear of the hotel just a bit too little space. Lack of storage space and one hook to get rid of the coats. The beds are good but because of the topping you both roll to the middle. Delicious breakfast and friendly service. At check-in you immediately lose almost 50 for 2 days parking, tourist tax and 5 deposit for the door pass (return at check-out)

Run down hotel, the four stars are a joke, dirt on all corners and edges. The carpet dirty and stained. A fan was provided as air conditioning, which, however, only smeared the floor thanks to the defective stand. Only the location is really good. The breakfast, which has been so much praised here, offered a more than modest selection, the juices were probably a kind of syrup, rolls baked and dry, - for that waste is produced without end, disposable plastic cups are probably the last thing. The breakfast room also urgently needs cleaning.
With a room price of 200 euros per night, you can at least expect cleanliness, right?

Good hotel, top location, unfortunately no sea view. Apartments located on the sea side. In rooms a downside: 2 narrow beds against each other that do not stand and duvets very short. The breakfast was really very good and tasty, fresh addition to the last minute!

Cheap but very small rooms. The breakfast is manageable but good. Right on the beach you are very fast on the sea and after a few minutes in the city. Free Wi-Fi and German TV included. The parking spaces are quite expensive with 13.50 per day.

Hotel is in a nice place along the boulevard of Zandvoort..the hotel is slightly outdated and the rooms at the rear have been recently renovated but on the balcony there is no sun and you overlook the station..On the other side you have sea view !! Price quality is less to me ..

Beautiful design room on the 16th floor with a view of Zandvoort. Breakfast buffet was fine. Downside are the parking costs of 13.50 per day and tourist tax 3.75 per person per day.

Just new rooms that are beautiful and perfect location right in front of the station, also very quiet rooms! Nice bathroom and clean, but dusty due to the new. Wonderful beds and good service.

I'm looking for 4 stars but I find only 2 or 3 maximum. The room is tiny, with no aircon, and run-down, as the hotel is general. The hotel should change its name, it's misleading ...

Reasonable hotel for the price, good deal, 65 for 1 night plus breakfast for 2 people.
Room spacious enough but moderately finished, stains in the carpet and flaking paint on the window frames.
Furthermore, clean and quiet. So for this price it's ok.

Rooms are neat but the hotel is boring. No bar to catch your breath, lunch not possible. When you book, have dinner at the adjacent restaurant Zizo. You still have a good stay.

Extremely friendly staff. Room old and dated. Here and there it looks neglected in corridors. It is special that the hotel rooms are located between private apartments.

A beautiful renovated room, a delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and a nice location, for beach and restaurants and shops.

Super nice room, we were in the renovated part. Everything looks nice and the air conditioning was especially good. Breakfast was also good. Only downside is that they advertise a Jacuzzi while t is more of a normal bath with bubbles, me and my friend could not really enjoy it together.

we were in a nice spacious room without a balcony, unfortunately. But the sea was visible. Good breakfast and a great sushi kitchen in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was a bit dingy but with a reasonably clean stay shower room could have been a bit bigger but had a kitchen and a view of the sea and the beach of Zandvoort would definitely stay again if needed
