Lots of designer label bargains to be had. I was after a black padded jacket and had exhausted all high Street shops . Found one almost straight away here. All staff are friendly and helpful. Allow a good few hours to mull about as there's lots of stock here including men's, houseware and handbags! Highly recommend.

You can occasionally find a bargain but you have to take the time to search. Plenty of parking, staff can be good or average. Fish and chips at Banny's is good. Gets really busy at weekends and bank holidays.

Overall very good store most of the staff are friendly and helpful, some are just there to talk to their friends it would seem, nice cafe for a brew and a bite to eat, will definitely go back ;0)

Easy to find at end of m65, spacious free parking. On site food bars, Bannys.
Plenty of brands etc. Can feel claustrophobic. Good sales. Good range of goods: clothes shoes household bedroom kitchen decorative.
Staff were helpful in sections, but cash out staff weren't a happy bunch, polite but not enjoying the job.

Love a good bargain and plenty of them here, shame about the jumble sale feeling though sometimes, really have to sift through to find the perfect item, but if you have time great place, and great food in the restaurants.

Like the new layout but think they should have warned us the checkouts were now at back store. As a disabled person I was exhausted and having to make my way back through was not great. Love the ice cream cart outside and looking forward to trying the pizzeria.

Fantastic to see extinction rebellion and other eco activists at the store today, telling shoppers the truth, pointing out that the owner of this store is mismanaging his land and adding to the destruction of peatlands and biodiversity .

Great choice and very reasonably priced cafe upstairs. Staff were chatty and very helpful and there were plenty of them on the shop floor to assist if needed. Toilets very clean although if I were to be picky the actual toilets are very low (considering the average age of the clientele I am sure using these may cause some issue?!) And I'm not keen on the idea if having to touch the toilet seat to be able to access the flush behind it (maybe just me - although I did hear some other comments whilst in there about this).

Nice big place with loads of variety of items available from candles, stationary, utensils, lighting, cutlery, dishes and clothing its like a mini mall with the offerings available be warned though mobile signal is a pain to get in this place due to the recent renovations on the ground floor the place looks more like a showroom with the tiles on the floor and the fake leaves on the walls are really badly put

I live near B. Mill and since 1984 when a friend introduced me to the very modest B.Mill I have been a regular customer. However moving through the aisles recently on visits I have found, particularly downstairs to be very crowded, very little space
I took friends last month but there was still some confusion but today I went and lo and behold there was space, air, freshness. Congratulations......

One complaint,I found. the tills at the back were a very long trek and would suggest you keep half at the back but the other half at the front.
Well done (except the choice of name for your new pizzaria ,granddaughters are lovely but not for the choice as a name for a venue for adults)

Boundary Mill Store Colne has just completed a major refurbishment. The store is now very modern looking. Unfortunately not enough emphasis has been placed on the position of the checkouts. Queues are quite long and slow. no more free carrier's are being offered. The checkouts were near the door which is logical but now they are at the back of the store.
There are many top brands here but the choice of sizes for many designs is very limited. Slot of XXL and XS. In the main pricing is pretty competitive especially on promo days for privelige members. The new Pizza restaurant is not very good value , however Bannys fish and chip restaurant is consistent in quality.

Out of town shopping with a variety of brands and outlets under one roof.
I would classify it as a 'middle aged' shopping destination. Not much for a younger shopper. Lots of classic labels e.g Hobbs, Jeager etc. Household goods, luggage and afternoon tea.
There are 2 floors with lifts and accessible toilets.
