This a great place to find amazing deals on clothes and have a great time finding them.

Vast variety of products in a range of prices. Great choice of food outlets on site. Super airy store.

Lots of choice and a variety of several outlet departments,including Marks and Spencer and Tog outdoor gear store.
Plenty of choice for somewhere to eat.Banny's fish and chips at the entrance,Bannisters restaurant and the new tea shop(name escapes me right now).
Ampfull parking space and very good on the whole,despite me not being a massive shopping fan - I'm a bloke after all!

Overwhelming in size and choice but if you have time to spare great shopping. Cafe overly expensive. Our mince pies were soggy.

I rarely find anything in this store it feels like a jumble sale.

Shop until you drop ! If you need formal or informal wear come here. A Marks and Spencer ' s Outlet too. Shoes, bags, small ideas for presents sold here too.

Used to be quite a great place to find bargains, since the refit, more fashionable bargains seem to be slowly exiting the building one by one in place of the unknown rubbish that this place can make more margin on. I'm not the youngest guy in the store but I don't want green pants and people are buying nice suits from outlet malls with wider ranges than Brook Taverner. Pavers shoes just isn't for me and I can buy Clarks cheaper elsewhere.

Warning, in 20 years, your target market will be pushing up daisies.

Bit of a miss match..to flipping mixed up..unorganised and the staff are disinterested...restaurant is fab.

Massive selection of clothes and house wares. Nice restaurant and coffee shop.

So much to buy and see, lots of walking but with intervals in the excellent cafe, made even better with free coffee and cake in the afternoon. tiring but successful day.

Fantastic place for anything you are looking for. Home, kitchen, bathroom all the way to clothes. Big place with a lot of variety and the staff are nice. There's food options there as well including a couple of cafes, a pizza place and there is a banny's fish and chips close too

Its a huge place with two floors and a restaurant serving average food. You can easily spend hours browsing without even knowing it.

Reminds me of being close to a death eater in Harry Potter, it slowly sucks out any energy or life you have until you emerge completely bemused and brain dead with no recollection of why you decided to visit or what happened while you were there.

It's full of famous names for clothes, shoes, houseware, carpets, rugs, pottery and even an M&S outlet bit. But there's so much choice and yet so little choice it really does frazzle the brain. Having said that, considering the number of coachloads of people that seem to be pouring into the building they are very efficient at processing and taking your money. The cafe is well organised (if not a little utilitarian) and the food seems reasonable quality and price.

I'd avoid it forever, can't remember why I went in the first place, but now my shields are up. It's what internet shopping was invented to prevent.

Great parking, excellent restaurants and shopping however I find the staff are really poor. On several occasions when I have shopped and needed assistance I have found them aloof and quite frankly on today's visit really rude. (Apologies if I disturbed your gossiping about another staff member but I stupidly assumed that you were getting paid to help customers.) Ending on a positive note bannys fish restaurant serves the best fish and chips around ... Oh and the staff there are always welcoming and pleasant.

This place is ok but when they change things around it's harder to find stuff you want .But I would recommend it .

Visited the store for the very first time 2 days ago, what a great range of departments, very helpful & friendly staff. Whilst we were there one of our ladies was suddenly & unexpectedly taken ill & collapsed-she was immediately attended to by the store staff, first aiders & security. Thankfully she has made a full recovery. We will be returning in the next few days to continue our shopping! Well done to all involved, I cannot thank you enough.

It can be a bit overwhelming as theres so much stuff! But if you know what you are looking for-their rangesof clothing,kitchenware,bedding,crockery,bags ....are great!

Boundary Mills in Colne has had a face-lift. New restaurant, new tea room and coffee shop. Plus oodles of bargains. Well worth a visit.

A shoppers paradise if you don't mind spending a few hours in store, it's huge. Definatley bargains to have there. And for a break check out Mrs B's restaurant, foods lovely an well presented

Excellent shopping experience for the able bodied, less so for the disabled. Aisles too narrow for mobility scooter, goods piled in front of the lift call buttons so my disabled friend was unable to reach them.

One for an older crowd typically, although there is a little something for most people, and reasonable prices. Worth a look if you are passing

Very easy to find but once you get there parking is difficult if the place is busy. Expensive in comparison to similar retail stores

Wife thought she would hate the place she was wrong! We both enjoyed ourselves

Great shopping but the cafe is really badly organised. Only two tills working at lunch time, people wanting only a sandwich waiting while people were served with hot food, hot drinks servers waiting for customers. It didn't work before and the refurbished cafe has the same system

I keep trying to like this place but cant....clothes are pricey and clothes racks are overfilled so clothing falls off hangers onto the floor. More like a very expensive indoor market full of pensioners

Bit dated design, ground floor feels like an old TKMaxx... first floor is full of great things though.

Lots of different concessions under one roof. From clothes to kitchen utensils. Shoes to light fittings. Luggage to perfume. Also great cafes.

Not been to this store for over 18 months but recently visited and to my surprise it had been refurbished to a very high standard. The cafe was high and very clean and the food was excellent. Great variety of everything you could possibly want 5 stars

Boundary Mill is neither as good or as inexpensive as it once was.

To good as usual,they should be prosecuted for making you spend your money everytime you go..

I love boundary mill especially during sale times. I found superb deals this time round I'm so pleased. Theres so much to see you really need a full day. Then enjoy tea looking at the views of pendle hill. I will be back again soon.

Got a new coat today and a big thank you for reinstating the art section I will visit the section each time I'm in the store

Not as good as it used to be. The next outlet was disappointing. M and s good as always. Not keen on the new tea room. You have to book in advance at a shop???

Went to Mrs b for afternoon tea.. Excellent.. Stunning inside. Recommended

Had a coffee in the restaurant not nice at all but store is ok

OKAY JUST HAD A COFFEE AND A CREAM SCONE, THE SCONE A BIT STALE AND A LITTLE PRICEY BUT A NICE CLEAN EATING AREA AND AFTER SHOPPING IN STORE A WELCOME BREAK
