Tasty Boba and lots of different snacks/food options.

There are 3 Boba places next to CSUN within a half a mile of each other. Out of the three, this is my favorite place to go for Boba.

They have most of the flavors that I like to drink along with different types of Boba. The service here seems to be better than the other locations. However, this place tends to get busy during the day with the CSUN students coming her to hang out with friends.

The store was just renovated recently and I have to say it looks nicer than before. They have all new furniture which seems to make the place a little bigger. The only thing I don't like is that they removed the hanging menus but I guess it doesn't go along with the decor.

If you don't mind a really long line full of high school/college kids, this place has a pretty great selection of boba.

The texture and flavor is consistent for the most part. I wish their loyalty program didn't require a card.

Best boba shop bar none! Management and staff are simply the best, and the banana bean is epic! (please don't get rid of it)

This is the best boba place I have been to! Their boba drinks and grilled cheese panini is so delicious!

The drinks and food are good. The customer service is not very good since it's college kids working here so you get what you get. Good thing that they have screens that you can order from so you don't have to deal with them.

Great boba and beverages. The clear icef green tea was bomb, tasted like real tea and not made from cheap mix. wheelchair accessible, but bit of a narrow entrance that could be a struggle for wider chairs. I'm not too sure on that one as my chair is very narrow

Great place to chill at and I really looooove their Tar-reo!! Best drink ever!

love this place. strip mall was renovated. looks all spiffy. awesome drinks. (having a milk tea right now. reminds me of those I got in Fukuoka, Japan, at the 7-11 next to the hotel.)

Great place for boba, but always has a very long line and wait, so make sure you have time to kill

Great combination of toppings, flavors, and ice consistency. Would recommend this for a first date treat, a Monday day pick me up, or just cuz you're feeling like Bobba. You can even choose your level of sweetness, so bring your diabetic grandma.

The wait is a little bit longer than most places, even when empty, but it's worth it.

The Honey Almond tea , I got was too sweet, I couldn't drink even a 1/4 of it but my friend got the oreo cookie drink and loved it, be ready for a long line.....I personally didn't think it was worth the wait....

I was surprised at how busy they were later in the night. The boba is great but the grilled cheese might be the best I've had!

My favorite place to get bubble tea. The original milk tea with brown sugar and boba is the best!

Great food and boba. You get half off on the boba if you buy popcorn chicken and fries together.

Expect to get takeout. Seating is limited.

Employees are a little rude, but the bobas are pretty good.

This is my favorite Boba spot! Not to mention they have honey boba, which after experiencing, makes it hard to have normal boba. Not only that but they have good food as well

So far my favorite boba place in the area, specially since they have drinks AND quick bites (snacks). It can get a little bit pricey if you order both, specially for a university student, but their paninis and drinks are delicious it's hard to say no.

The food was good and inexpensive. The service was quick. They are open late and there is plenty of parking. Inside is too small because they can get really busy.

Not even one bad thing after all these years even when they were in their old location.
I believe it is THE BEST boba place in the valley.
I always order the thai tea w/mini bobas. Its amazing and it hits the spot everytime

This place is great! I've been going here ever since I started attending CSUN in 2011. The workers are nice but the place can get pretty packed really quickly. The building is small but there's outlets and a good vibe to sit and chill with friends. I honestly don't like the new remodeling that much as it makes the place look "cold" as in it's not a place to have fun. I know that may contradict what I said before, but as long as you're with good people, it's easy to forget.

My go to drinks are either Thai tea slush with oreo or the Black n' White (oreo slush with a dash of cappuccino). As for food, popcorn chicken is always a must!! Bounce always fulfills my munchies from the day :)

Really liked the service and everything, no room to sit and barely room to stand though.

Good boba, great atmosphere, they have jenga sitting in buckets that are free to play while you wait or enjoy your boba. Tons of different boba and flavor choices good boba place.
