The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. However, the wait time was a bit excessive, despite the fact that I had made an appointment. It seemed like they were understaffed or overwhelmed with the number of customers. Overall, my experience was just alright. Nothing extraordinary or disappointing stood out. If you are in need of basic auto services and don't mind a longer wait, then this place might suffice.
