Had heavy furniture to move within my home. They were on time, did the move very quickly and cleaned up afterward. Would definitely use again!

5 Stars - We would give Born to Move 10 Stars if we could! In January 2020 my partner and I started doing research into moving companies for our March 2020 Boston to New York City move. For context, this was the fifth big move for one of us and the seventh for the other, so we understood the preparation that a move like this would take. After calling twenty moving companies, we decided to book with Born to Move due to their competitive/reasonable/flat-rate pricing, kind attitude, and excellent online reviews. Up to our March moving day, we called Born to Move several times each week to update our inventory and to ask questions - all of our calls and inquiries were met with detailed responses and friendly and patient conversation. On moving day, the truck was supposed to arrive in the afternoon with 2 movers, but instead arrived in the evening with 4 movers - the movers promptly and professionally carried out our many boxes and furniture and packed the truck in an hour - what a time record! During the moving out process, the movers were considerate, quiet, and professional. They were also very respectful of the fragile boxes, and made sure that those boxes went on top and in the truck last. On drop-off day, Born to Move worked with us to make sure we arrived in our car to get into the building before the truck got there. The movers were once again very respectful of where we wanted the boxes and furniture to go, and were genuinely lovely people to be around. I used Born to Move when moving from an elevator building in Queens to a third floor walk up in the North End of Boston. Their estimate was by far the lowest I received from multiple companies and that was exactly what I paid on the day of the move. Two movers arrived with a large truck right on time for the scheduled 8am Sunday move and they moved quickly and efficiently to pack everything safely and securely. They dismantled my bed frame and put it together at the destination. This was my first time using movers and I am so glad I did. I was anxious about the logistics but it ended up exceeding my expectations. If I use movers again, I would definitely contact this company, and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I have used born to move twice for local moves in Boston! Each time the movers are very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. They come prepared with wrapping to protect your furniture and even had a kit to take apart my sectional and put it back together. They showed up on time and we quick. I was impressed. I have recommended them to all my friends, and will be using them again this summer to move locally.

Took movers 2 hours to move boxes that was already packed and ready to go. A total of about 15 boxes and a bed. Did not have to do any packing and there was no stairs. Took previous (different company) movers 45min to the same job. If moving these boxes takes 2hours and there was no packing involved I d be worried to use these guys for an actual move. So in total I was charged 6.5 hours for a move that shouldn t have taken longer than 4 hours.

When I contacted who I believe is the manager (Alex) about my concerns he completely ignored to get back to me. Extremely unprofessional.

The movers were very prompt, efficient and responsive. Made my cross country move seamless. The flat rate and guaranteed time window were very reassuring. In addition, being able to transport my car as well was extremely convenient.

Born 2 Move are exactly that! We had a move scheduled for the day after a long night of snow and they were right on schedule despite dealing with the weather. Once they arrived to the house, they were super efficient even taking difficult/heavy or otherwise cumbersome furniture up multiple flights of stairs. We do moves all over the county and I think this team is one of the best! Highly recommend this company!

Javier, Nelson, and Efrain were amazing! They worked diligently and quickly; they cared for our stuff; and were so nice and personable.
We super appreciated there professionalism and help with our move; and we know our friends appreciate not having to help us haul our stuff up to our new house (its on a quite large hill). Would use Born to Move again because of this experience. Thank you again!

Born to Move has always been a great experience. All of the guys working are courteous and helpful. Moving can be stressful but these guys help make it less overwhelming. Prompt & great value.
