Took movers 2 hours to move boxes that was alrea...

Took movers 2 hours to move boxes that was already packed and ready to go. A total of about 15 boxes and a bed. Did not have to do any packing and there was no stairs. Took previous (different company) movers 45min to the same job. If moving these boxes takes 2hours and there was no packing involved I d be worried to use these guys for an actual move. So in total I was charged 6.5 hours for a move that shouldn t have taken longer than 4 hours.

When I contacted who I believe is the manager (Alex) about my concerns he completely ignored to get back to me. Extremely unprofessional.
