We contacted this company for a quote for interpretation services. Before receiving full pricing details, we were asked to sign a form. We were then issued an unexpected invoice including urgency and 'Sunday' fees, none of which had been fully disclosed upfront. No services were provided, but we were charged a significant cancellation fee when we declined to proceed. In our experience, the process was misleading and lacked transparency. We strongly advise others not to use this company.
I feel compelled to write a review about this company. Please be very careful when asking for a quote and agreeing to terms and conditions. You may find that a quote turns into a booking before you realise you have accepted it and you will be liable for charges. The interactions were poor and not professional and I would not use this company again. If you scroll down you will see other reviews which reflect my own experience. So please read all the reviews and be very careful.
Avoid. This is the most unprofessional, rude company that is run by a woman with no manners. They charge ridiculous rates and then threaten you! Use any other company but this one!
SCAMMER ALLERT! They don`t even deserve 1 star. I phone to ask why Bostico are not specifying why that they are charging when someone calls them and Kristina, I spoke to was very rude saying that they don’t have to explain why they are charging people to call them. I asked to speak to her manager and she was the rudest person I ever spoke to who shut the phone off on me. She didn’t even tell me her name after I told her mine. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is asking for work or provides them with work. You should be reported to Trading Standards!

I have used this company a few times for my business and they have always been very professional and attentive to our needs. Big thank you to Andreea Bostan and Auste Zotova. They have always gone out of their way and processed our requests even outside business hours.
If you are a legal aid firm, I would strongly advise that this organisation be avoided. We instructed an interpreter who claimed 6.5 hours for a journey to the office. The day before that same journey was completed in 2 hours. When we asked for clarification we were informed that we need to pay an admin fee for information on how they had charged the travel time. Ultimately we need to justify the expenditure and being charged more money for clarification. Sadly we shall not be engaging with this organisation in the future. Ps the response below is incorrect as the language was polish and not rare. The invoice relates to work undertaken in 2018 well within GDPR regulations. We have spent over 12 months chasing for clarification.
I was inquiring about interpreter service and wanted to take quote, however instead of providing me quotes they sent me booking details. I sent back them response within seconds (literally next seconds) that I have not decided to take your service yet. My intension was to ask for your prices. At that stage I even did not provide my details to them. Now today they sourced my details from company house website and issued Money claim online. We are in court now. Just for asking quotes. it was just 2 minus email conversation to ask for prices and they dragged me in the court for unpaid invoice which they issue after 4 days. I in fact never used their service. So unless you have enough money and time to spent on court proceedings .. stay away from this company. I will update here the outcome of the court proceeding here so, You can judge your self about this fraud company.
