If you are a legal aid firm, I would strongly advise that this organisation be avoided. We instructed an interpreter who claimed 6.5 hours for a journey to the office. The day before that same journey was completed in 2 hours. When we asked for clarification we were informed that we need to pay an admin fee for information on how they had charged the travel time. Ultimately we need to justify the expenditure and being charged more money for clarification. Sadly we shall not be engaging with this organisation in the future.

Ps the response below is incorrect as the language was polish and not rare. The invoice relates to work undertaken in 2018 well within GDPR regulations. We have spent over 12 months chasing for clarification.
