I'd like to leave 4.5 stars, but I guess that's not possible. These guys are awesome. Their beer is always great. I got the Cajun pasta on my last visit. However, it was more like Jamaican because of the nutmeg in it. Maybe call it Jamaican jerk pasta instead? (I'm not a fan of nutmeg or else this would be a 5 star review.)
Our server Brandon was very good at his job. He was friendly and super attentive. The atmosphere was chill and laid back, and that was a plus as well. However, the food wasn't seasoned to my taste. It was under salted and spicy. I made myself eat it, even though I had a hard time. I'd go back and try something else to see if it's different.
Worst service I ve ever experienced. I make a reservation a WEEK ago and we get here the night of and they have us in a 30 minute wait as they are still setting up our table . As we are waiting, we overhear the hostesses talk about how they forgot to record my original reservation and they secretly go around trying to clear out current customers so they could find a table for us last minute. Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.
Went to Bosco's Sat night with a party of TWENTY!! I call 2 weeks prior make arrangements for our party.
I arrived about 30 min ahead of my party to be sure everything was ready.
Our party of 20 had "ONE" SERVER. THIS MAN EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!!! The server anticipated all of our needs ahead of time. He was so quick on refills, order taking, meal delivery etc.( my goodness). EVERY entree, app etc
came to our table smoking HOT!!! I WAS SO AMAZED. Coming from the food service industry and managing a billion $ company I must say this guy could have worked for me anytime. Bosco's I applaud you!!! Keep up the excellent work. We will surely be back!!!
Rude. No smiles. Tried asking questions and was answered vaguely and rudely. We left. Didn t even eat.
This place is more than a bar even though it has a very nice/large bar. I came here 16 years ago for the first time and I go there on average once a month. That's at least 80 visits and not one dissatisfied experience!! I honestly can imagine how they sustain such great food, atmosphere, and service. Long story short, don't pass this place buy because it is a bar-n-grill. The food is phenomenal! I recently got a ribeye steak that was better than anything I've had at Flemmings, Ruth's Chris, Folks Folly, and Capital Grill for half the price. If you like sleeping in and hate cooking on Sunday mornings then head there for the Sunday Brunch and get their ribeye steak eggs Benedict. It's to die for! If you go ewwwy over the hollandaise sauce put your icky thoughts aside. Their sauce is perfect without any weird off taste.
If a 1/2 Star was possible I would have rated it. Waiter left off 2 salads, wrong salad dressing, order had been in 30 minutes before they told us they were out pepperoni and chicken fingers. Left off hamburger order altogether. Did not have silverware and no one followed up with us. In short just terrible. Manager blamed the Owner. Gave a slight discount but as you can tell we will never return. Lost our business forever... poor from start to finish!
Very rude hostess. Pry the only restaurant in Memphis that does not provide masks to customers. What happened to this place?
Very good food! Antonio is an A+ waiter! Great job!
Great restaurant with good wines and delicious pork with BBQ sauce!
It was so good I give it five stars even my kids like it.
Bartender must have been having a bad night as she was very short with everyone!!
Bam! Love this place to freakin' death. Flaming Stone beer...a timeless classic. Usually get the cedar salmon, but this time got the trout special. Ridonkulous. Every bite like a mouth-gasm. Artichoke hearts appetizer is off the hook. And a donut bread pudding for dessert (WHAT?!) You heard me.
Beer and food are both pretty good, but where they offer new beer every week or so, I don't think the menu has changed since they opened about 20 years ago.
Casual neighborhood place. Good food, I had the southwest chicken salad. Good service and friendly staff.
The Flaming Stone beer is one of my favorite beers anywhere, and their pizzas are absolutely amazing! I've tried several items off their menu over the years, and they've all been tasty too.
Reliable Microbrewery with really good food, great brunch and lively bar crowd.
Very nice brewery, the staff is welcoming, beer and beef is good and the dessert is of very high quality.
Had the colomari for an app ..the chilli infused marinara had a weird taste. The steak benedict - did not have much flavor to it at all and the rib eye was very chewy. Great music though...
The company I work for has a facility in Memphis. My boss frequents this restaurant every time he does a site visit, and loves it! I've had to call the restaurant to obtain itemized receipts for per diem expense reports, and they've been extremely friendly and helpful! I'll definitely have to visit when I travel through Memphis!
Good food and beer selection, great for a simple date night. Nothing spectacular however. Just a standard nice brew pub.
Social distance in full effect, wasn't crowded and Shana was a good waitress
Boscos is unmatched in classic atmosphere. An amazing place to visit on a Sunday Funday brunch date. They have live music with brunch, assorted menu items and even things for the kiddos. Almost forgot to mention the great service/ beverages. All around great place and they are clean.
Amazing pizza with helpful staff in a clean surrounding.
Lunch at Boscos was amazing today. I highly recommend the Caesar Salad. Fabulous.and the sweet tea is truly awesome. Wait staff was very gracious.
Hand crafted beer brewed in site and wood fired pizzas... enough said
Great service, GREAT food, wonderful atmosphere! I highly recommend this place!
Great local brew pub, restaurant, neighborhood bar. I love the food and bellinis. They have fabulous desserts, as well. I always run into someone I know! In nice weather they have a great patio.
Great outside area. Friendly staff our waitress Xena was amazing! The shrimp and Grits where awesome. However the Voodoo pasta was lackluster and the flavor profile wasn t all the way there. Margaritas where good and the white cosmopolitan was very tasty. Over all a good time.
Every place has a night off. Unfortunately, we hit a local favorite on one of its. Salmon was overcooked & a very thin piece with no flavor. Apple Crisp dessert was very good. Still worth a try if in the neighborhood.
Everything about this place was great! It's located in a very trendy part of town. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a flight of beer of course and had a great experience all around tasting all the different kinds. The pizza was good! I definitely recommend this place if you like pizza and beer!
The food was excellent
The Service was mediocre.
Vegetarians should try the eggplant parm/angel hair with extra red sauce
The food was great and Anna our server was very friendly.
Usually pretty good but not this time! Well done rib eye came out burnt....twice but the margarita was great!
Food was great. They had a veggie burger on there menu! I loved it and the martini
This place is classy, hands down. They don't have to try too hard. They don't have to try. The venue is amazing, the service is wonderful and the food is great. In the hotter months, it is great to eat out on the patio. It's a great place to meet up with friends and have a quick lunch, have a nice brunch after church, or for a dinner date. Definitely worth your attention.

When we visit Memphis we visit Boscos Squared. We love it. Friendly staff providing excellent service. They take reservations. Very clean with a great atmosphere.
Good beer selection and the pizza and brunch are solid
Our bartender was nice fast food was great drinks strong like thor arm!
Consistently great food. The original Memphis craft beer.
This place is just brilliant! My friends and I had so much fun. The service was top rate. Everyone was so polite and did their jobs so efficiently, you barely noticed they were there. The food was great but it is the beer selection that blew us away. If you're going to Overton Square you have to stop in here.
I'm from the Boston area, whenever I'm in town, Boscos is a must stop.!
Ive been to Boscos many times. Love the food and the warm atmosphere. And as usual this time this food was excellent. Beer was excellent. Waitress was great. But, we were seated not far from the bar, and it was the bar that ruined it for me. There were persons at the bar that were so loud and rowdy and so obviously full of themselves and of beer, that they shouted continuously and were not cool. It was the shouting. A manager should take control of this place. It was a little too hot to sit outside and so we didn't have that option. Please take your bar back from these out of hand patrons.
Great food and drinks! Visited several times and love it. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Recommend for beer lovers! Great beer selection, with delicious seasonals. The Diablo pizza is my favorite !
Boscos Squared always feel good, the Staff make it Great! The Special's on the board are Fabulous. I see someone I know every time I go!!!
Been coming here for years. It s always a treat and we love the live music!
Wood fired brick oven pizza, on premise made beer, rotating bread pudding selection
Check out the Sunday brunch. Usually has live jazz great beer and nice people to chat with. Great local spot if you're visiting
Lasanga I ordered was cold at the center. Otherwise, it tasted wonderful and the service was good.
Ordered a steak dinner. The waitress asked how would I like my steak cooked. Well done please, I replied. The first time blood was running from the steak onto the mash potatoes. I informed the very nice waitress. She took it back. The second time, it was pink all the way through - no blood running. I said this still isn t well done. She said, let me get my manager. The waiter returned (without the manager) and said please don t get upset with me. My manager said, they can t guarantee we ll done, because it s cooked on an open flame. I responded, Why ask me how I want my steak cooked ? I gave it back to her and asked for it to be removed from my ticket. She removed it. What a shame. The manager didn t come to speak with me. This use to be my favorite restaurant. I will not return.
Have veen coming here for years, love the food and beer. This is the place that taught me how tk appriciate craft beer. I have had hundreds of great beers over the years, but I still come here for a few of my favorites like Hop God. Try them on, i think you'll like it.
I've enjoyed Boscos for years, but something isn't the same. The Wood Oven Scrimp doesn't have the same flavor and the service is decent at best. Their beer is good and pizzas aren't bad either, overall it's a cool atmosphere and makes for a nice night out.
If it's at all busy, don't sit outside. You will almost certainly be forgotten or ignored. The house brews are excellent and the food good, though.
Our server was Caroline. Unfortunately it was not the greatest experience. While she was polite she was dull and had no personality. She seemed to be there just to do the job and go thru the motions. My pizza was good (buffalo chicken pjzza) my wife's was extremely bland and had no flavor ( palermo) . It took awhile to get refills and when they were brought she left the empty glasses on the table. It was a small bistro table to begin with so it made it crowded. There's room for improvement. I'm not writing it off just yet. It's definitely worth a try. Also while sitting and waiting for our check we noticed they were allowing children to sit at the bar I've posted a pic of it. This definitely changes things.
