Gretchen was supremely proactive, courteous, professional, and personal. She made me feel as if I were her only customer and she was very forthright about all aspects of my purchase. Upon meeting her I felt totally at ease, and she seamlessly guided me through the buying process, making everything very comfortable and natural. Gretchen valued my purchasing wants and was enthusiastic to talk through my vehicle options with me. I got the best car for me because of her. I most enthusiastically recommend Gretchen for your Volvo purchases!

Got a 60k maintenance package for $1200. For that much money it would ve been nice to have my seats at least put back neatly instead of pushed up front and folded. Didn t dry the car so the wash is basically useless and the air filter was sticking out of the compartment. I know these are just little details but I m being charged big money and deserve some professionalism. I hope more care was put into the rest of the maintenance. Other than that everything was just as expected

Staff is very professional. My car was washed and vacuumed after servicing.. Comfortable waiting room. Good coffee and granola bars.

We cast a fairly wide net for a new car as we had been aligned to a particular brand that hadn t kept up with the times. From our first interaction with Susan to picking up the keys to our new XC90, it was a great experience! Susan was an excellent communicator, the full Borton team was kind and helpful and Javier helped walk me through each detail I needed about my new car. Super excited for the car to be ready to pick up. Would highly recommend Susan and Borton to anyone interested in a new vehicle!

Wow, I wish I had read all the bad reviews before we bought from Borton Volvo. My daughter was looking for a Volvo S60, and although we live in Kansas City, inventory was low and we were able to locate one at Borton. According to the sales person, the car had originally been bought at Borton and was dealer-maintained on time for every scheduled maintenance. Anyone looking for a used car knows how hard it is to find a car that you can trust the history. The dealer-maintained record gave us confidence that it was ok to buy a higher- mileage car. Volvos last forever, right? Bought a one-way plane ticket sales experience was seamless and drove it back to KC from Minneapolis.

Knew from online searches the only complaint about this model was excessive oil consumption, so checked it weekly. 33 days after buying the car, the oil was two quarts low, so we topped it off. Five days later, <2000 miles after purchase, engine threw a rod and the car is totaled. Is Borton helping? Nope. Suggested we sell it for parts. We offered to have it towed to MPLS so maybe they could rectify. Nope.

We understand used cars are as is, but when the price supposedly reflected the Borton Service Department s supposed superior maintenance, it should last more than 38 days and 1900 miles. We trusted the dealership to stand behind their product. Shame on them for having no conscience. Use yours and go elsewhere.

This is a great dealership with good staff, an awesome building and the best vehicles.

The indoor car room is great, with lots of seating and a variety of Volvo's. The staff can help you with questions you have and are quite knowledgeable. The interior overall is almost perfect, with lots to look at including an 1950's-ish Volvo off to the side.

I haven't purchased a car here so I can't say what that process is like, but I know of several people who have had very pleasant experiences here.

Susan in sales and Paul in finance deserve more than 5 stars! They both were honest, accommodating, helpful, and so pleasant to work with! I flew from St Louis to get the exact car I wanted and they made the entire process so easy, even helped with my out of state registration. They also went out of their way to recommend hotels, restaurants, and fun things to do and see while we were in the city. I could not recommend them and Borton Volvo more!

Thanks to Gretchen for making my first car buying process a piece of cake! She was so detailed at showing me all the features of the vehicle and making sure I felt comfortable about the buying process. She listened to my budget and worked with me to meet it and I ended up walking out with my new car that day. By far the best sales person if you are looking for a car at this location. I will be sending everyone her way!
