Dreadful company to deal with. Tried paying a disabled mother's (who cannot speak) bill today using her own bank card card. I am an appointed contact on her account as per doctors letter issued on the 24th October by regoidstered post. Their representative kept insisting to speak to the account owner WHO CANNOT SPEAK. I advised the representative Alannah that this was the case and that we had been over this issue several times. I also asdvised her that this elderly lady was cocooning. How could I possibly even put her on the phone when we can't even visit her ourselves. You online payments system has been down for over a week now. Your telephone automated system is down for over a weEK. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER SILLY COMPANY. We have none of these infuriating issues with any other utilities companies.

This customer has departed along with all of the others.
