Shoes arrived and had an extremely offensive smell. Worst, they did not fit. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times about the "tight fit" issue in order to arrange a return and have not received a single response. Buyer beware. Apparently, I am "out" the money!

The delivery time takes forever. I have been waiting two weeks, and the tracking information indicates the package is still in transit in China. I am considering cancelling the order and treating it as a bad experience
