I can't review the quality of their web design because nobody ever got in touch with me. This review is purely related to their poor customer service. I sent around 4 emails and placed 2 calls to John Sable, as well as left a message with their "customer service" rep (nobody answers the phone) over a 3 week period because I wanted to hire them to design a website for my company.
All of my attempts to just set up a meeting were either unanswered or were replied to with a suggestion to "talk next week". Next week came and went and NOTHING.
Apparently this company is too busy for new customers and too rude to communicate this - what a waste of my time. Based on this experience, I would be very concerned with their ability to communicate effectively during the complicated process of designing and programming a website.
