2 year old had a sprained ankle, our pediatrician directed us here. PA refused to x-ray our son because he couldn't verbally describe the exact location of his pain. Girls at the desk were awesome but you'd be better going to a crack head living in a box under the bridge for medical treatment.
Dr. Das and his team are wonderful ! I'm very pleased with the care i received yesterday before and after my hip surgery . There was another doctor (Kennedy) who wasn't so nice and the nurse manager in recovery needs to speak to her nurses a little nicer than she did yesterday.... just saying
This place is a JOKE! I live an hour and a half away and drove all the way down to bring my 2 year old to his appointment. When checking in I get told that they had canceled my appointment and NEVER contacted me! So I wasted 3 hours in a car for NOTHING! They should be made to reimburse me for my gas and the money I had to shell out for a babysitter for my other children! Needless to say, I m not going to be using this place after this. Stay away from these clowns.
Dr. Dutt was fine with my daughter when we finally got in. Some of the receptionists have been very rude and you can expect to have your appointments cancelled/rescheduled countless times before the doctor actually decides to be there for one. Would be fine, but when you re working on early hip dysplasia intervention for an infant it s unacceptable. Have set aside multiple days to go being as it s over an hour away from us just to be called the day before or day of and have it cancelled.
Had an MRI at the Bone & Joint Center last evening and came upon three friendly, lovely young women! The receptionist was welcoming and polite as were the two ladies that prepared me for test. I even received a gift of three masks as I had complimented them on the butterfly decorating the suite! How refreshing it was to meet these genuinely helpful and pleasant women!
Drove an hour to be seen on a Sunday and was turned away because I had already been to an e.r. the light before ( that wouldn't give me a cat scan) wound up having several torn ligaments whn I finallynwas able to get looked at. What a disgrace
I suffered for 14 yrs w my ankle out place went To rosebum he did my ankle effusion I was finally got my life back he amazing doctor I would highly recommend him
Dr Whipple is great and the staff is very helpful - especially Unique (sp?). Unique was very patient and professional when assisting me make an appoint. I appreciate her work ethic and friendly disposition.
I have been trying since May to have blatant mistakes corrected in my last appt with Dr. Lawrence in April. After speaking to his ofc person & going over line by line with her to clearly point out each and every error, I still did not receive a corrected record. After leaving a message with her reminding her it is my legal right to have these corrections recorded, I received a copy of an ofc note that corrected one serious error, but did not correct several others. Actually, she added yet another error to the note that wasn't in the original note. I called your medical records dept to request a form be placed in my file indicating the errors made & my objections & corrections along with my comments describing Dr. Lawrences behavior during my visit. I was told by Medical Records "she had no idea if a form actually existed." No effort was made to connect me with someone who might be able to offer additional information. My efforts to have my medical record corrected is my absolute right that so far has been ignored by this practice.
My daughter injured her wrist in a soccer game. We raced to the Bone and Joint urgent care. We arrived not long before closing. You would never know it though. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. No one rushed to get us out of there. They took the time to explain what the injury was (hairline fracture) and how it would be treated. Our PA Hope was wonderful! She put my 13 year old daughter at ease through the whole process. Even though she left in a cast my daughter was happy and smiling and in less pain. Huge thank you to everyone involved, especially Hope.
