I would like to show my DISSATISFACTION AND INDIGNATION with the store attendance, as I ordered a table in October, with the promise that it would be delivered in early December and until today it has not arrived. I needed it to use for Christmas and my birthday, which was now in January, and so far with no sign of it. Thank you very much for having a terrible service, without fulfilling what you promise, without any transparency and for leaving me frustrated with my request.

I have called the store since the 14th to understand what is happening and the attendant's response is always the table: "She was late, but until next week she will definitely be at your house, as she is ready now, on the way", and what a long way, because so far nothing.

I call to speak to the owner (apparently he is the only one who knows how to solve the customers' problems) to find out the true whereabouts of the table, but he NEVER meets and there is no other way to contact him, via cell phone or the like, the only cell phone is the one in the store, but it is in the store, which is useless. They talk to call on Tuesday, which is the only day he is there and when I call, he is not there. Congratulations on treating your customers with the greatest lack of respect without regard to our satisfaction. I already told the attendant that I want to cancel my order as soon as possible and get my money back and she just keeps saying that I can only solve this with the owner (since he is never there). It wears out, and I'm already really tired of you. I had no choice but to come here to try to resolve this.

I REQUIRE you to call me by Wednesday to resolve my cancellation and refund problem, otherwise I will have to come up with more drastic measures, unfortunately.
