A really great family run hotel. It has everything you could wish for: breakfast by the sea, private beach, gym, spa, mini golf, tennis, squash, 2 restaurants, a nice bar, very clean rooms with sea views. And all in Illetas, but quietly closed for yourself.
This is our third time staying at this hotel, the food is absolutely delicious and lots of it, much better having your dinner delivered to you instead of queuing for it, lovely clean hotel and very quiet, you will not be disappointed if you stay here

Reality is worse than photos and description. WiFi is the worst I've ever met.
The only good thing about the hotel is the sea view from a room with mediocre decoration and a lousy taste without talking about the mistreatment of the kitchen from the chef, one J.Egea who goes to the lost drunk buffet, you ask him to make a trench of meat of the buffet and not to mention, they are mentioning the comedy that is horrible, all made with powdered sauces, much better to eat in the macdonald and not to mention another chef call him Jorge who does not stop mocking the hotel owners with a girl that is that they must have a relationship since they give the loten in the dining room and then you get cold dishes or that you have not asked for the music of the beachkeeper it is disastrous hatred to see the typical uncle singing like a tramp and of course They will treat foreigners better than you, apart from looking like a hotel, because there is no young man, very bad experience, do not go to this hotel friend, apart from the fact that the family that owns it is the typical posh and they go before themClients are pathetic, not to mention the poor hygiene of the kitchen from which I have seen cockroaches leave for the dining room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!
We've been for our honey moon and everything was great ! We were like in an old James Bond movie, seventies fashion set, always served with a very british style and welcomed by the owner Mr Martin himself. He really cares about the customers and his staff. Quiet rare these days, we highly recommend !

Wonderful stay, went on a free press trip, the hotel took care of everything, the staff was super friendly, everything looked like a big family and the Halloween festival was really something out of the ordinary! Always happy and definitely recommended !!

Superbly run house, family run for generations. Very nice, exclusively furnished rooms, almost all with sea views. The kitchen is excellent and meets high standards. Evening menu choice. No repetition of the menu in 14 days. The garden and the small private beach are very well maintained. Everywhere you can feel that the family Xamena their hotel with love and a lot of expertise. Every guest feels welcome as a friend. There was nowhere in any way to complain. I will always be happy to be a guest there again and wish the family such a happy hand.

The staff are amazing and the food is great. I go every year and have done for 5 years wouldn t go anywhere else as no other hotel as the same high standards.
Nice family-run house with partly colorful historic-oriented facility (knights armor and Buddhas mixed). Top location, the hotel has its own small bay with sea access and a beautiful Hawaiian tropical garden. The two pools at the pool bar were a bit too cold for midsummer, the third pool in the upper area was pleasantly heated to 29 - 30 degrees. Rarely experienced: Despite arrival at 23.00 fresh sandwiches at the bar were kept for us. Very friendly staff everywhere - owner family was always present. If necessary, pre-book free parking. Beach Club Puro is next door.

This is one of the best hotels I have been fortunate enough to stay at. Myself and my father stayed here in summer. The hotel is traditional in decor. The hotels split over 3 levels which is connected by tunnels and lifts. Very confusing at first but then you get used to it and it adds to the quirkiness of the hotel.
Service really is amazing. And the food at the beach restaurant was top class. The beat steak I have ever had. Hotels located about 35 minutes from the centre of palma by bus which stops outside the hotel.
Were at the beginning of September. The weather at this time is comfortable in temperature but with high air humidity. The hotel itself is certainly one of the best in Iletas. You can walk on it like in a museum. Everything is done for the convenience of the vacationer. Here are just vacationers are all very adults. This is to put it mildly. Just 90 percent are English pensioners)))
The rooms are great. The food is good. The sea is clean and warm. The beach is small but cozy.
Several small shops with water and souvenirs, a pharmacy are within walking distance. But for something more you have to go to Palma.

Fantastic location with great staff who are there year in, year out. This is our 3rd year and we love it. Small private beach with showers, 3 pools including one that is heated.
This is a beautiful quirky hotel. Staff are excellent and treat everyone like a VIP. Food is so varied and prepared and presented with elegance. I would certainly recommend it.

Our third visit to this lovely family run hotel, for the last 65 years. Superb customer service offered by every single member of staff. Excellent food every day, with varied menu, a breakfast to die for, there is a variety to suit every taste. Rooms are delightfully decorated, the entire hotel has wonderful collections that the family have collated over the years from all over the world. The Hotel has several pools, one being a heated freshwater pool, children's pool and play area, a private beach exclusively for the hotel guests. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, where most guest are repeat visitors. I hope to go back in the new year.
Fantastic 5 nights at the Bon Sol. A lovely hotel and looked after our two kids very well. Lovely food, beach and pool. Shame there are so many steps though!!

The hotel offers something for everyone. If you deal with the history of the hotel and then you can enjoy a wonderful stay. All employees are super friendly and tried hard. The restaurants are great. The opportunity to spend the day in the private bay is great.
However, I have to deduct one star because the equipment in the fitness room is very outdated.
But all in all it was a great trip and I would book again!

Very friendly and courteous staff, nice rooms, very good food. Small but fine wine list. Room with sea view. Hotel complex is spacious and divided into three areas. There is a regular bus passing by, according to hear this.
