I've picked up will calls from many lumber yards never had such a Negative experience guy points to the back says " towards the back" obviously it's a large yard that I've never been to so I have no clue where I was going. Finally got the order and headed up front and the gentleman behind the desk decides to radio out to the other guys very disrespectfully after I got no direction and had no idea where I was going " oh look he finally made it" comes over the radio as I'm walking in. you may want to make sure the radios aren't sitting right outside the door so your customers can hear everything you're saying before you start being disrespectful.
