I recently rented a vehicle for my trip, and the entire experience was not what I expected. 🚗 The car I received had some maintenance issues that weren't addressed prior to my rental. Communication with the staff felt a bit lacking, as my queries took longer to be answered than anticipated. Additionally, the return process was somewhat confusing, causing unnecessary stress.
