Bodyline Review

Extremely poor after sales service. They have limited number of technicians and they will provide service at their own convenience and not as per yours.
When i raised my grievance, the lady says we have many customers and we can not keep sending service technicians as per customer's wish. Customers will have to wait for their engagements to get over and then they will be given service.lady on the phone was pathetically behaved.God bless such organisations

No service. No one picks up the phone. They don't care about customers after they have looted them. Pathetic is the word to describe this brand of store.

I visited all the major showrooms selling health equipment in Kolkata before purchasing KH715 Exercise Bike from Bodyline Sports South City mall. They have a number of brands to choose from and the prices are also reasonable. The shop In-charge guided me in selecting an exercise bike well within my budget

Good experience with Bodyline. Just made a purchase and definitely it's a better deal than many of the contemporaries. Cheerz.

The latest and best equipment is available, the help and guidance provided by the staff is impeccable. The diligent after sales customer care is definitely worth a mention. Visiting the store is never a disappointment. Body line has redefined health and fitness in the city!

I had a terrible experience with body line . Had purchased an anklet from them worth 2800/-which got damaged within 15 days of usage . I gave it to them for repair . After repeated follow ups with them , after 20 days they are asking for the bill otherwise nothing can be done . The staff is extremely rude . Would never recommend any one to buy anything from there .

Poor quality product. Breaks down soon after purchase but not within the warranty period. Service people are not very efficient either. I purchased an Orbitrack bike and had to repair 3 times in 4 months and yet its giving trouble again. Wastage of money.

Arrogance personified ..be prepared to carry your weights ....after buying weights they dumped it at the gate and said ...pl take it to your car ...just no courtesy ....extremely disappointed

Our club wanted a Treadmill & Multi Gym. We visited a number of showrooms but did not like anything because it was not in our budget. Club Secretary saw BodyLine Ad in Ei Samay . I went with the Secretary to Avani Mall showroom. There were so many models & brands. The sales person was very helpful. He suggested only those models which were within our budget. We spent 3 hours in the showroom. We were treated very well, they gave us lebnu Raas to drink. Today the Treadmill and multi gym was delivered.

One of the best place when you are thinking of opening a gym or anythn regarding fitness related place ,wide range of equipments, and excellent presale service, overall my experience has been very good

Great Service. I had called Bodyline Service Dept for servicing my 3 year old Velocity Treadmill which I had not even purchased from them. The Service Engineer came promptly and thoroughly checked all parts & lubricated the machine very satisfactorily. he also gave some good tips on maintenance. I will surely purchase my next machine from Bodyline, as good service is the crux for any equipment purchase.

They sale fake supplement..never buy from bodyline shop..

Went to get a product which I had inquired about the previous evening. The sales agent tried to force a different product on me, claiming that the one I wanted was out of stock when the previous evening they had told me they had plenty of it.

I visited Bodyline Sports, B.C.Road with my friend. Fabulous showroom. So many equipment and Brands under one roof. I had no intention of buying but ended up buying a motorized T460 Treadmill. Salesperson explained all the features and asked me to try out the machine. I liked the way they treated my friend and me. It was a nice experience

They do not clearly clarify the warranty period of a product, when you go to buy this staff.
After few months they will tell you about the exact warranty period, when you face an issue.
I think it must be very clear at the very beginning when you intend to buy.

I bought a Treadmill from Bodyline Sports Metropolis Mall showroom. There was a lot of branded variety to choose from and the price was also reasonable

Worst after sale s service...alwys charge much money when ny person go to ur home fr servicing..if ny equipment damaged , den u wud not get good quality replacement...but Dey must tke high price fr replacement...I Hve got bitter experience....pls don't buy frm it ...Some irresponsible ppl r in its aftr sales service .....

I purchased a product Magnetic Cycle Model Kh-545 on 15th August from City Center 2 at Rajarhat-Newtown showroom . They deliver it after one week from Bullygunj and I am highly dissatisfied with their service. They take the cartoon return back and sale somewhere else . I required it for packing to move to a different city . Still now they did not deliver it to me . If for now this type of service available they how you expect good service offered from them later . There is no warranty card or service manual with this product

they are unbelievably unprofessional.. nobody ever picks up the phone that too if the phone is in operation.. which is a rare event in itself!!

I had a very bad experience with them. Called to service my treadmill . One guy came and took 600 rupee but the work is not done. Service quality very poor. Need to give value for money.

Well, it was my first visit at Kolkata showroom and I am really happy to meet Mr. Gagan Sachdev, who cordially welcomed me to the shop and patiently answered all the queries that I had. Not very comfortable saying this, but I am someone who is too picky, especially when it comes to customer service, I am more than glad that I already have my cross trainer and massage chair delivered right at my room. Thank you Gagan for offering such a personalized service.

My experience at Bodyline Sports Avani Mall was really nice. Doctor had told me to walk everyday but I have busy schedule so I thought of buying exercise bike. I went to Avani Mall and the salesman demonstrated the effect of cycling as well as treadmill. I decided to buy VIVA motorised treadmill even though it was slightly above my budget. The salesman then told me about the EMI facility which was helpful.

I have visited a couple of other fitness stores to buy equipment for my gym, but I have finally found my destination. Bodyline is my best bet and the collection they have is superb. Regarding the top brands, you name it, they have it.

My Friends Father had partial paralyses. Doctor suggested him to do regular walking. We were looking for a domestic walker. We visited one of their counter in CC2 and we were given proper attaintion. No service of treadmill since last one month.I have purchased a treadmill at ranchi .At the time of selling the treadmill I was promised to give the service at ranchi within three to four days,

When I bought a Reebok Cross Trainer from Body Line Sports Metropolis Mall, my friend told me I had made a mistake of a life time because they never deliver on time. But he was proved wrong. Bodyline has awesome collection Treadmill & Exercise cycle and helpful sales man guides you to purchase the correct equipment. I visited their showroom during sale period. The salesman listened to my requirement and suggested Gymtrac cross trainer, which can be used everybody in the family. It was delivered on Thursday

I have purchased a multi gym, functional trainer and Olympic multi bench vx 3600.

This was purchased on 11th August 2018. It has been more than one month now. I was assured time and again by your sales people that the bench will be delivered sooner.
I was constantly following up the seller at City Center 2 branch. He kept me promising and asked 1 weeks time every day. It was on Tuesday when I asked him for a refund, he told me that the bench will not be available.
This is the most troublesome behavior and experience with bodyline. I feel like I have been cheated by you people.
On top of this the sale man promised me to provide me a multi bench press bench of an alternative brand, from last two days I am following him to update me about the same, so that I can decide and get a replacement.
Till now I am not getting any proper response from there.
This type of attitude is not expected from a company like yours.
I request you to EITHER MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DIFFERENT BENCH WITH THE REQUIRED FEATURES (AFTER MY APPROVAL) OR clear the payment within 5 days of the receipt AND make the payment to my back account

I stay in Siliguri. My mother, who stays in Kolkata, informed me that the multifunction treadmill was giving some problem. I contacted the Service department of Bodyline Sports. They told me the service engineer will go to my house within 48 hrs. I also informed them that they should not visit between 2 pm to 4 pm. My mother called me up and told me the service engineer had solved the problem within 24 hrs.

Store is goood. Collection is nice as well. But the staff behavior is pathetic and they r too unprofessional.

I had gone to buy a weighing scale from Bodyline Sports showroom at Metropolis Mall. I enquired whether there was any machine at reasonable price, which would help me to reduce weight. The Shop In-charge was having his lunch. He left everything and showed me various options within my budget, and also informed me about the EMI facility. I bought a Gymtrac motorized treadmill. I really liked his courteous behaviour.

Bodyline Sports delivered the Home Gym which I had booked within 48 hours. The person who delivered the equipment also showed me how to use it. I have decided to purchase all my gym equipment from them

Had bought exercise bike on Quikr. It gave problem after some months. I saw bodyline ad in Ananda Bazar Patrika and contacted their service department. The service engineer visited my home on Friday and repaired the machine. Thank You Bodyline for repairing my exercise cycle

the worst company for purchasing equipments. even the site is a fake one. the prices shown are false and the invoices issued by them are duplicate and no terms and conditions are being shown in the invoices. the things which are states as free are actually fake . try not to purchase the equipments from this shop . the worst experience i have ever had.

This is a good sports shop containing all kinds of sports gear and supplements whichever you require but it doesn't have small priced goods but it's goods are always of high price and sometimes some goods are found to be defective and it's after sale service is very poor. Discount rate are marginal in this shop.

My F80 Treadmill was giving me a problem, didnot know where to get it repaired. Searched the net and got the contact number of Bodyline Sports service department. They noted down my complaint. As promised their Service Engineer visited my residence in Sodepur at the mentioned dated. He checked the machine and sorted out the problem. Kudos to Body line sports for a prompt service for a machine not bought from their showroom

It was really a nice experience during my purchase at Bodyline. Nice stock at reasonable price, if you are a fitness freak then Bodyline is your destination. More over the director Mr. Sachdev, who is really very friendly and helpful. I was not very sure about the instrument and he helped me to select the right one. I won't go any where else. I had bought a cosco basketball from bodyline ballygunje Kolkata.they sold me a defective piece, the ball is leaking..they r reluctant to either replace it or mend it. Their attitude reflects monopoly vis-a-vis service. One should never purchase a product from Bodyline. Problem starts just after warranty is over.

I visited Bodyline Fitness Show room at 14 D Ballygunge Circular Road, Kol- 19 for purchasing a treadmill. The sales personnel attended me immediately and demonstrate how to use it. Moreover, they have got a huge variety of stock of various good brands .They also intimate me about the EMI facility . I got the treadmill delivered at my house on specific date and time which I mentioned at the time of purchase. It was a really great experience.
