I have purchased a multi gym, functional trainer and Olympic multi bench vx 3600.

This was purchased on 11th August 2018. It has been more than one month now. I was assured time and again by your sales people that the bench will be delivered sooner.
I was constantly following up the seller at City Center 2 branch. He kept me promising and asked 1 weeks time every day. It was on Tuesday when I asked him for a refund, he told me that the bench will not be available.
This is the most troublesome behavior and experience with bodyline. I feel like I have been cheated by you people.
On top of this the sale man promised me to provide me a multi bench press bench of an alternative brand, from last two days I am following him to update me about the same, so that I can decide and get a replacement.
Till now I am not getting any proper response from there.
This type of attitude is not expected from a company like yours.
I request you to EITHER MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DIFFERENT BENCH WITH THE REQUIRED FEATURES (AFTER MY APPROVAL) OR clear the payment within 5 days of the receipt AND make the payment to my back account
