If there was a zero star , I would of picked it up ..

Emails get no response ever. Seems like the fees is all they are after. No courtesy to email back. Definitely need to move to another BC at the next meeting! If I could give a negative 5 rating, that would be my score! Read other reviews on here and can relate to them.

Terrible communication. I wouldn t bother. Have put up with it for many years. Time to look for another company.

I am associated with two body corporates, and have worked closely with Glenn and Paula on both. They adopt a pragmatic approach to managing properties, and are proactive in implementing long term maintenance plans. They are effective at removing roadblocks that hinder decision making.

Worst body corporate I have ever had to deal with. Totally incompetent. I tried for 12 months to get fibre and they would not communicate with Vision Stream or myself. I gave up. Our committee voted to replace them and now they refuse to communicate and will not had over records or the maintenance fund to the new Body Corp.

Awful body corporate to deal with. After 3-4 years a leak in our storage unit was never looked at despite numerous attempts at contact. Could never get any assistance, constantly left off mailing lists. Thankfully we now have a new body corporate which has far surpassed Body Corp Admin in just 2 weeks. Body Corp Admin has one of the worst reputations in the business so steer clear at ALL costs.

Paula Beaton is by far the most knowledgeable Body corporate manager in the city. The professionalism and thoroughness of this company is above all others in the industry.

Shame google allows tenants and disgruntled staff members to post reviews on this site. Shouldn't it be only clients of BCA?

My experience with BCA is superb. I own 9 unit title units. BCA is the best priced of all body corporate secretary companies. Paula and Glenn are also the best resource a committee can have which I imagine is the reason why 700 other complexes use them.

As Chair of several Body Corps for large apartment complexes the Committee has found BCA are be excellent to deal with and they offer a first class service.We are swapping another apartment building management across to them based on our high level of satisfaction with BCA.

If Google would let me give 0 stars out of 5, I would have. Absolutely disgraceful service. BCA have not returned any of my phone calls or emails since I first contacted them eight weeks ago.There are so many outstanding repairs, maintenance jobs and claims to deal with from our block of apartments which they refuse to even respond to. It amazes me how they can conduct (and charge for!!) a service whilst providing only rudeness and unprofessionalism to their clients. Shame on you BCA.

Absolutely useless. They rarely reply to any of our emails, it takes sometimes several attempts just to get some sort of response. I have had arguments about my fees not being paid every year for the past three years, I asked them for a transaction print out and they sent me a hand made one which was incorrect! I had to get my lawyer involved to prove that they were just making it up after the third consecutive year. It is like nobody has a clue there, nobody cares they just want your money for nothing. If I could give a lower rating I would..

Paula and Glens service is second to none. If I ever need anything they are quick to respond.

Sublime service, extremely proficient in all communications - actually feels like this body corporate ACTUALLY care about their owners. Keep up the outstanding work!

Very disappointing experience. Attached pictures of email is showing the whole story. Trying to follow up from many months and they are ignoring us. They charged for hot water for last 3 years without even providing. We have own hot water supply. In lockdown period invoice came 10 times more then normal. They have no explanation for these mistakes. They are not providing any information about the water unit consumption and charging as much as they want.
They are still sending invoices with same mistake.
It s nightmare to deal with them. No professionalism at all.
I hope all positive reviews are not fake.

Management is like a dictatorship. its either their way or no way. Doesn't treat their employees with respect while i in the office for a meeting. They offer Mc-donald service for royal royce fees.

Communication is atrocious! I have wasted several hours in BC meetings for them to just ignore all communication thereafter. They promise the world and deliver on none of it. I have called, text and emailed several times over a 3-4 month period and not had a single response!
The only plus side about this company is they never got around to sending the invoices so they didn't end up getting our money.
