The people are great and know what they are doing, not like other places. I would never take my car to anyone else. Very satisfied with the job they do.

Overall experience was good. Sales team was helpful and processed paperwork quickly so we could take the vehicle home with us that day. Only wish was that they were more flexible with pricing.

Glen Johnson is a wonderful sales associate. He sits down with you and goes over every detail of your new car. Jonathan McGivalry was also wonderful. I decided after 2 days of buying a civic that it wasn't for me . I wanted a Camry instead. Glen helped me pick one out that was suited best for me and Jonathan made sure that the process would happen and I would get the camry. 2 days later I drove off the lot with my Camry and I couldn't be happier.

He was very hospitable. Also, he focused on the vehicle we were specifically looking for, and efficiently guided us through the options of purchase and finalizing the tasks to complete the purchase of the vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have gotten at BOCH.

My experience with the Dealership would be 3 stars but definitely give Vincent a five star review, if it wasn't for him I would not have gone back to purchase my Honda Pilot.

Great customer service! That's exactly what I got. When I arrived, Glen was there to greet me and show me the car and came thru on his promise to remove a small blemish on the vehicle. I had a great experience at Boch New to You. Armando Cruz helped me test drive my Mazda 3 sport and was very informative about the car. Any questions I had he could answer on the spot, and there was no fussing around trying to offer me cars I did not want. He got the car right away so I could see it for myself. He made the process quick, easy and painless and he was also a great guy to talk to. I enjoyed working with him while picking out my new ride and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After looking online we decided to take a hike out to Norwood, there were a few cars we were interested in. The salesman approached us, he told us there was a moon roof and there wasn't, he was very pushy but the price was good and seemed to be a nice car. Due to financing issues (not the dealerships) we had to come back to get it. We were told could come Saturday and take it home. It would be cleaned and new tires and ready to go. This was confirmed Monday and again thursday. I called in the morning on the Saturday , I was very specific when asking and I was told from Peter D. that by the time we got there it would be done. It wasn't. Peter D the had flat out lied to me. Not one apology, just excuses. Peter also went on to tell us that he would never have told me it would be ready as he would never put tires on a car that was not signed for yet. And went on to let us know he had to pay for the tires and he is making next to nothing on the vehicle. We left, BUT with the promise of the car being delivered to me on Monday anytime that was convenient for me. Monday we were told that it would be later in the PM so they had time to put the tires. (what?! they STILL aren't on?!) Around 1 we find out they didn't have the tires there and they were waiting for them to be delivered from NH. The car was to be ready 2 days prior but they didn't even have the tires at the dealership?! At 3 PM I called and spoke to a manager and explained the situation and that the car HAD to be dropped off the latest 430 at my work address in Worcester. They called my boyfriend (not me) to ask him if 7PM would be ok. I was the one meeting them and I had a meeting at 7 so that wasn't possible. The car was finally delivered to my work at exactly 430 and Peter left with my trade. I had to wait over a half hour so I could leave work. I got in my new car finally excited to have it and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Disgusting!! There is also this noise that comes and goes when accelerating or coasting. Once I got home I aired it out and checked everything out. The car hadn't even been detailed as promised. The door in the back had drips of what looked like coffee and smears all over it, there was dust all over the dash and back doors all marked up. Then I look to find the paperwork that was supposed to be in the glove box. There was nothing there. Peter claimed he DEFINATELY put it there and I went back and forth w his manager explaining there is not one paper in the glove box. No way it was there and Peter was lying once again. I was driving a car no sticker, no registration and no bill of sale at all. The manager emailed me the bill of sale 2 days later when he was back in the office and told me he thought Peter would have straightened out the paperwork while he was off from work. Still no registration. I received that through email after calling back again to request it again. Finally, over a week later I get the paperwork in the mail. I start reading it and realize it was for a Honda Civic. I purchased a CRV. I look further and it was for someone I didn't know from Rhode Island.. I look even further and find that the paperwork is from 2016!! VIN completely different. Needless to say, I did finally get a sticker on the very last day I could w the emailed copy of the registration, still no paperwork, still no original registration. They offered me free oil changes for 2 yrs at point of sale and a cleaning for all my trouble knowing I am an hour and a half away. Ummm no thanks not after this experience. I will never deal with them again. Through all of this not once did anyone apologize for the salesman lying or his behavior (did I forget to mention the first Saturday they kept making comments about my keychain, it looks like a whip, let your imagination go, AWKWARD) or do anything to try to make up for and of these issues. I do like my car, I was happy with the price at first, but I am very disappointed in this service I have received and will be taking this up the line to be sure this man does not do this to anyone else.

I had a really good experience with salesmen (Vince). Straight forward deal, nice and simple. I just didn't like the fact that the gentleman who deals with finances (Jonathan) tried playing with the numbers Vince and I agreed up on.

KC was extremely helpful and not pushy like some salesmen can be, which was great. I would definitely come back to buy another car from him!

I bought my car in July 2016 Vince was my sales guy no complaint there thanks Vince I love my car. Now the finance manager after we did the paper work I stepped out and proceed to talk to Vince the finance manager calls me back in to his office and says I did something to bring your monthly payments down I said ok went back to his office again sign and date paper work mind you he never said what he did to bring my payments down..in January 2017 on a rainy day I went through a puddle and got a flat tire fast foward I have a sign contract on the wheel and tire protection in my car with the rest of the paper work I signed but when townfair tire was on the phone they stated there was NO WHEEL AND TIRE PROTECTION CONTRACT but at the same time we are looking at the contract I drove all the way to Norwood from Everett to get my tire fixed and told them I had a contract that I shouldn't be paying guess what I still ended up paying 153$...now I'm furious pissed off name it... Fast foward spoke to the sales manager about his mistake nothing resolved spoke to the general manager and emailed him my sign contract still have not heard from him back put a complaint through the BBB waiting to hear from them I do work with attorneys and their suggestion is "you have done all the steps to do the right thing and to get my money back but they are not cooperating with you GO FILE A LAW SUIT" and yes that's my final step
Sorry boch new to you I tried working with you in getting this matter settled but you left me no other choice all I asked was for my money back and you deal with your finance manager how ever you want to but you wouldn't work with me so I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT

We walked in after doing all of our research and knew the vehicle we wanted. Pete Dalton worked with us to test drive and he talked us through the vehicle's history and what work they put into it. We had our own financing, but they were able to provide a lower rate. JJ, the finance guy, was really nice, genuine (even keeps art work from children of customers), straight forward. The in-showroom massage chair was a nice perk. Overall a great experience for us, but car shopping is what you make of it...we did our research and Pete helped us buy the car (vs him trying to "sell" us a car). Pete also came back on his day off to be there when we picked up our new car. And we didn't shake on it, but I asked him to see what he could do about getting Ernie to play at my daughter's birthday party.

Bought a used BMW 320i xdrive from BOCH new to you in Norwood. Glen J. was my sales consultant and he was awesome. Super easy going, answered all of my questions (and those questions from my mom and sister too!!), and not pushy which was a breath of fresh air. He was honest and super helpful.

When I went to the dealership I hadn't planned on making a purchase that day. Nolan was very patient and answered all the questions I had as we looked around the lot. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. When I did find a car I loved, the people working there really did there best to work with me to find a payment plan that really fit my budget. Overall it was a great experience and I walked away happy with a new car.

Pete was super friendly and wasn't pushy. He made us feel comfortable and got us in and out fast. Whole transaction between trade in and financing a new vehicle was only a few hours. This place has a lot of leased vehicles which are extremely affordable price wise. Definitely worth your time if buying a new car.

Sold my girlfriends car here for 1000 and we came back to see it being sold for 5000. Never sell your car here. I know they are a business, but this is ridiculous and should be a crime. They basically robbed us. All they did was clean it and vacuum. Can't believe they stay in business

Bosch new to you was the best car buying experience for me ever.

The negotiations were fast and friendly. I had my reference material ready for the car I bought and the car I traded. The process was completed so quickly and efficiently. I thought was going to be too true and there would be issues but this proved not the case.

The financing and offered accessories and warranties was very low keyed. Everything was spelled out and explained and no high pressure. This process again was done very quickly. I had set aside 4 to 5 hours to get this done. I was at the dealership about hour and 10 minutes and out the door. BOCH NEW TO U
Handled all the registration transfer of plates and filled out all the paperwork for my insurance company. I'm still in appreciation of how smooth the process went.

I just went to shop used cars; the salesperson let me wander around as I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything

They are a bunch of greedy thieves and I would never step foot on their lot again. They talk me into a $2,000 deposit for a used car, I tell them my mechanic wants to look at it. The next day they tell me someone else wants to buy it, my $2000 does not hold it for me they say. My mechanic says no, I want my deposit back and now they say I have to wait 2 weeks to credit me my money back!! The money holds nothing but they can't give it back!!! Greedy Thieves, that's what I call them!!

My wife and I were looking for a "new" used car to replace her "older" used car. She had found a couple of cars of interest, one in Stoughton, and the other one, in Norwood.

First stop on this rainy day was in Stoughton because it was on the way from our home in East Taunton. We went inside and the salesman brought us outside, only to get wet.

Then, it was on to Norwood and Mike met us, and we mentioned what we were looking for and he said, "Wait here, I'll bring the car inside," which he did because it was still raining. Later, he had us hop in for a ride and explained to my wife about the switches and knobs before she took the new car for a test drive. The guy in Stoughton never said a word about the inside of a newer vehicle.

Mike, if we could give you TEN stars, we would. By the way, high fives to JJ, the business manager, who also treated us very well.

I worked with KC Sadrzadeh and Scott Braga, the GM, to get my 2017 Toyota Camry. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, and their service. I went in not knowing what I wanted, but after a few questions KC had a perfect fit for me. They took the time to go over a comparable quote I had, for which Boch's quote was better right off the bat than the quote I got from the other dealer after haggling with them for a while. JJ Borey was great with the financing. He took care of all the details, got me a great rate, and did it all super fast. It was without a doubt the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I'll definitely go back when the time comes. I highly recommend them.

Walked in trying to get a true car sale/trade evaluated... Left without what I went in for after being led around a lot looking at trucks, that I didn't want, selling for over twice my max budget. Pointless waste of my time.

I don t have a big experience to buy car from the Boch.
It was pleasant to work with the salesman. The car (Accord 2014) looks good and there was only one small issue no mat from driver side. The salesman suggest me new mats (not from Honda) and I was happy. But the mats were small (I think very cheap) and after two days driving I saw, that my mat even can block brake pedal. I returned to the Superstore and ask manager (he was with broken arm) why Honda makes driver mat so special shape with holes for fixing it. Manager said: I do not know (how he can be a manager?) and if you want to be safety buy right mats yourself . I did it of course, then I talked with other manager. I gave him a picture with skewed/twisted mat, invoice and he promised me to call next morning. After three weeks I didn t get any call from Boch.
Now I have to claim to my credit card bank.

No problems with the trade in process, gave me what I asked for. Peter J was great car salesmen! Would definitely recommend boch new to you

First off, I want to say thank you to Peter Dalton of New to you. He was a great guy and delivered an wonderful experience. Peter is very personable and was easy to get a long with. He spoke to my wife and I as he wanted to get to know us, not just sell us a car even though it's not part of his job.
Buying a car nowadays is much more then just receiving a product, it's an experience, and Peter delivered a great one for us. I hope Peter and this dealership succeeds because they were very helpful and made things happen quickly for us when we needed it. Thank you!
