It took multiple attempts to schedule a session and there was a delay in receiving the final edited images. The photographer was friendly and professional during the shoot, but the quality of the portraits was just average. The lighting could have been better and some of the poses felt forced. Although the editing was decent, it lacked the wow factor. In terms of customer service, the staff was polite but not overly helpful. I believe there are better options available for family portraits in the area.
