I recently had my family portrait session at a local studio. Overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, including pricing and studio location. However, the communication with the studio was lacking. It took multiple attempts to schedule a session and there was a delay in receiving the final edited images. The photographer was friendly and professional during the shoot, but the quality of the portraits was just average. The lighting could have been better and some of the poses felt forced. Although the editing was decent, it lacked the wow factor. In terms of customer service, the staff was polite but not overly helpful. I believe there are better options available for family portraits in the area.
