Bob Stall Review

Wanted to see the new Corvette C8 in real life. Contacted Travis in advance, he advised he had one to look at (White). We went and actually saw two. The second one (Bronze) was being delivered to a customer. Fascinating car. All 2020 models have been pre sold. There is a list forming, with advance deposit $2000.00) for 2021 models. At this time, I am not interested in putting down this much of a deposit for an unknown delivery date. Nor am I at all interested in paying $10,000.00 over the listed factory sticker price. Will wait for the dust to settle on the hype for this car. At that time I will be checking with larger volume Corvette dealers for availability and pricing.

Upon pulling into the parking lot I was a bit skeptical because no one came over to help us and we were interested in looking at cars so was unsure at first, but as soon as we meet Andrew he took us over to look at the traverse and helped us test drive. He was not pushy but very helpful and informative. We came back the following day because we just loved the car. The whole process was AMAZING! We were not at dealership forever, and I felt we got a great deal and the staff and Andrew especially just exceeded our expectations. Such great customer service and a wonderful transaction. Was greeted upon walking on the lot. Not pressured at all. Once a decision was made (Rocky helped make that decision), everything else was easygoing.

Salesman was very professional. Took his time answered all my questions. Make sure I was comfortable with everything. He called me a couple days later to check up to make sure everything was still going good and said if I had any questions to let him know. Super happy.

My husband and I went to Bob Stall to purchase a Chevy Trail Boss, however we were driving about an hour to get there. Don Swanson was an amazing sales person. He worked with us even before we drove, he wanted to make sure it was something that worked for my husband and I. Bob Stall felt like family, like we have ben purchasing vehicles with them for years. This was the first vehicle we purchased from Bob Stall, and I know we will go back to this dealership. The financing process went smooth. Travis was amazing and very understanding of all the questions I was asking. Both Don and Travis were amazing and I would highly recommend this dealership and these men.

The Service Department attempted to charge me $1770.00 for a repair 100% covered by a RECALL. This dealership, like virtually all dealerships has a corrupt Service Department. Not surprised.

Bob Stall Chevrolet has taken care of me and my family since day one! They're very courteous and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The sales person's are NOT pushy and will wait until you are ready to move forward. The Service and Parts department is great too! Make sure to make an appointment!
