i use to live there and when i was there i had rats in my walls and then they came through the wall and i was having to catch and kill them, i would take the ones i killed to the office and they were like " we don't want them" I didn't want them either. Horrible management.
They take forever to process an application. They tell you that if you give them a deposit. They cant hold the unit for you. Then when they try to verify employment. They lie an say they couldn't get a hold of anybody. I feel there is some racial discrimination going on.
I've been here about 7 mos and they're are good ppl they try to help where they can and the only thing they need to work on is sending out notices when the water will be cut off n they'll be a okay...

WE LIVE AT ONE OF THERE LOCATE FROM 2012- 2016 AND FOR THE WHOLE 4 IN HALF YEARS OUR LIVES WERE HELL WE WERE LIVING IN MOLD FLOORS BROADS WERE ROTTEN AND WE LIVED IN THE SECOND FLOOR AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY WERE STEALING $$ FROM US ALL THE TIME!! WHEN WE MOVED IN BACK IN MAY OF 2012 THERE WAS A YOUNG LADY THAT WORKED WITH THEM SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO THE OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME PICK UP THE MONEY ORDER FOR US AND THIS WAS HAPPENING FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND NOT ONCE DID WE EVER GET A LATE NOTICE OR ANYTHING UNTIL 09-2012 SAYING WE WERE LATE ON OUR RENT/WATER FOR A FEW MONTHS AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT IS NOT TRUE FOR WE HAVE BEEN PAYING AND EVEN SHOWED THEM HE RECITES FOR ALL THOSE PAYMENT WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE FALSE AND IF WE WANTED TO CONTINUE THERE WE WERE GOING TO BE PUT ON A LATE PAYMENT PLAN AND EVERY MONTH THE PAYMENTS CHANGE HIGHER AND HIGHER A.C NEVER WORKED RIGHT IN THE APARTMENTS AND WHEN WE DID LEAVE THEY WANTED US TO PAY ALMOST $2500 FOR DAMAGE AND TRASH WHICH IS NOT TRUE CAUSE BEFORE WE LEFT WE HAD THAT APARTMENT CLEAN AS HELL THE ONLY THING WE HAD DONE WAS RIP UP THE CARPET CAUSE WE WANTED THEM TO SEE THE KIND OF ROTTEN FLOOR AND WE ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE WOOD SO WE COULD REPLACE THE CARPET WITH FLOOR THE RIGHT WAY AND THEY NEVER DID SO WE DIDN'T EITHER BUT OTHER THEN THAT WE LEFT THE WHOLE PLACE CLEAN.. BUT I WOULD NOT EVEN SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE. WISH I COULD PUT A ZERO STAR
I like living here. I would have to say that my experience here has been without incident; except for someone getting shot dead in the parking lot - but that could happen anywhere. Other then that I'm in one of the "refurbished" apts, and I like it alot. Management was willing to work with me on late rent payment (they actually took time to talk to me about it with a great degree of understanding). They do need to fix exterior lights, especially in the parking lot. When I needed repairs, it was done in a timely fashion. A little sub-par, but still adequate. I like living here. Tina and the rest of the office, I thank you.

The worst apartment complex. But I guess you get what you pay for, which is not an excuse for the way management conducts themselves. Rodent problems which they do not and WILL not prevent. Office personnel just laughs.The AC units consistently freezes. Management cuts water without notifying tenants. You're expected to follow terms and conditions of the lease but management does not. RIDICULOUS.
So far so good. No complaints. Worked with me and my bankruptcy. Haven't moved in yet, but so far staff has been helpful and nice. They have been pretty good.
I have lived here for 16 years and my husband and I love the place. They recently had to shut the water off and they sent both emails and texts to let us know about it. I know they send both because I got them. They have different things for the complex where the tenets receive a prize. I have never had a problem getting things fixed and if they couldn t fix it they would replace it. They don t put up with people causing trouble. They also don t put up with managers who cause trouble. I recommend this place to everyone.
Lady in the office today had a horrible attitude. Furthermore, when we came in for our appointment with Naomi as our person of contact, a different lady said she would help us. We thought she was breifed on our situation, but nope. We had to explain everything over again. Then she preceded to have an issue with our situation. Then called the property manager to deal with the problem. Property manager restated what she was saying. We told them we didn't have an issue with any of the requirements, only wish we could talk with Naomi because she was going to talk to her boss on our behalf and give us an update regarding our situation. Basically we showed up just for them to say they can not help us behaving rude and bothered the entire time. Naomi was ok. Not the other ladies. This type of environment is unacceptable and needs to change.
Back in 2018 my wife and I were in a rut with a recent eviction "hanging over out heads". We were referred to Bob Ross Realty through a friend and they worked with us on an affordable down payment and gave us a 2nd chance at rebuilding our "renters credit" with a 2-year lease on a really nice 3-Bedroom Town Home.
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit San Antonio, times got financially rough for everyone. Jessica Gonzales, a Bob Ross Realty representative, working at the 2assistance121 Bandera Rd location, has worked with my wife and I countless times, even before the pandemic started whenever we had financial difficulties or shortcomings. Just recently Jessica Gonzales referred us to financial assistance provided by the City Of San Antonio and we got approved instantly because of Jessica's genuine concern for her tenants at Bob Ross Realty. Things are looking up now and we have every intention of renewing and resigning our lease with Bob Ross Realty because of how Jessica Gonzales and the staff have treated us. They were able to help us get back on our feet and re-establish our credit. Highly recommend Bob Ross Realty.
