Straightforward and easy. Pamu was very good about answering questions and showing us features on the vehicle that I was unaware of, and made the process easy and as quick as possible. I did NOT feel pressured or experience and high-anxiety sales or F&I tactics. Great overall experience!

No 5 star, due to the process. Sales people need assistance from your techmical or other appropriate staff to be tasked for gasing cars, switching tags, getting cars for test drives,etc it would go smoother for the guests purchasing cars. Our wait 3.5 hours.
Lamont Carroll was beyond amazing. We walked in right before close and he was more than happy to still great us with enthusiasm! (We didn't know they were closing.) He sat with us and answered all of our questions. He sat an appointment for the next day to come back and test drive. He never seemed annoyed with my questions or anything else. He was never pushy and full of helpful information! It was very refreshing!
Great experience with Ryan and John T. Got me out in about 3 hours, which is quick when buying a new car. Only down side is they did NOT have the color I wanted. It's ok. Color is always fixable..
I bought a truck today from Indy Honda and am very happy for going there. They gave me a great deal on a used vehicle and gave me more for my trade than I expected. There Honda service is worst. They don t deserve even 1 star. My appointment was 11am and I dropped my car there for oil change service. It suppose to be ready by 1pm. But after waiting almost 3 hrs, I picked up the car and drove home. When I reached home low tire pressure light came on. When I called them they said they forgot to calibrate the tire. Then I have to drive back to Indy Honda to fix them. It took them almost 5hrs to change oil after the appointment.
Prompt friendly service. I had a recall issue and they took care of it immediately. I only had to wait 3 minutes. This is the definition of excellence in service.
When I am ready to buy a car... I will be coming here.

Pamu was the best salesman ever! He knew all the details about the car, and clearly conveyed the details of my trade in and purchase. He expected me to visit Indy Honda at some time, but even though I didn't have an appointment, he was well prepared when I arrived. I really appreciated his integrity and efficiency. I had visited several other dealerships, and I got by far the best deal from Pamu at Indy Honda.
