You have to chase them for information.

You work with one salesman who tells you that a vehicle is ordered and is expected in a week and you call up Indy, they say they don't find you in their system.

I don't recommend buying cars from here at all!!!!!

I m curious to know what sort of answers management will come up with the feedback above.
